The payment I made, I handed to the owner personally, but had to pay it a second time. He either lost the first check or is milking me for double payment. The son is much more reliable than the owner/father and if the son ran the business, I'm sure we would have no problem. The problem falls squarely with senior owner.

Apparently, Classic Pest Control & Insulation is unable to schedule visits in advance. If you want a pest control company that will keep you informed of what's going on and will contact and communicate with you, I suggest calling someone else. This is not a "customer first" company.
