If you are looking for interesting used books, then you have stumbled onto an amazing location stuffed with high-quality stuff on most every major category. Some of the stuff is highly-specialized and so random that you just have to love it. Great sections on magic, mythology, philosophy, sociology - and about 20 topic-specific history sections. Clean, organized, super helpful staff. Although there is a smaller selection than the 2 primary used bookstores in Asheville, it is very well curated. I hope to re-visit many times.

My husband rode a draft horse named Johnny, and it was spectacular. I don't remember my horse's name, but he was a really good horse. The horses were very well cared for and beautiful. They all seemed happy and were very gentle - they knew what they were doing on the trail which makes you feel more confident. The scenery when you're riding is absolutely spectacular. Be sure to stop along the way and ask your guide to take pictures of you. Safety first, but if you can get videos while you're up at the top of some of the hills, worth all of it. Highly recommend this place, we will definitely come back. In my opinion, the price is completely reasonable. We took the one hour ride, and it was worth every penny and more.

Lots of fun varieties to choose from, make sure you pre-order your bare-root trees so they have them in-stock for you! You can pre-order veggie starts too, which is super cool if you're into planning your garden ahead of time. They are organic and beyond! They use top of the line custom blended organic soils, mycelial inoculabas, and apply custom compost teas to everything. These are the healthiest plants you'll find! The staff are super friendly but can be hard to find sometimes, as everyone wears many hats here. Don't be shy to ask for help, they are around. I find the prices to be excellent for the quality of plant you get, plus you can ask for advice from some of the experts on-site. I recommend asking for Alyson, Amanda, or Sam to help you out if you have questions about your plants. I especially live their selection of native bare-root plants, something that is hard to find! They even have landscape designers on-site, if you need some extra help making your very own garden of Eden come to life!

The gardens were designed and are kept up by volunteers. The gardens are on 4.2 acres and surround the library. There are walking paths, places to sit and take a break or maybe read a book. I enjoyed all the signs so I knew what each plant was. The gardens are divided into sections, there is a map and you can go around at your own pace. I loved that they just focus on native plants as they are so much better for the environment. I was amazed by all the pollinators I saw as they want native plants. They have a bird garden; butterfly garden; medicine garden; herb garden; native grasses; rain garden; shrub garden and a shaded garden. If you are in the Marshall area, check out these gardens. They are very special.
