I am currently attending kickboxing and Brazilian jiu-jitsu and it's amazing! Great work out and definitely very useful if you want to learn how to defend yourself in unexpected situations or for fun or just to simply work out and gain some useful skills. The instructors are awesome! Very knowledgeable and professional. The gym is very clean and well maintained. Very pleased and I am so happy I joined the Bower House MMA gym. I highly recommend it! The 45 minutes flew by so fast. The location is in a plaza, so just keep in mind that parking is shared, but it wasn't an issue when I went. The studio itself is a really good size, with about 15-16 stations (bags/spots) set up for the class, so it didn't feel overcrowded.

Kick House is a wonderful place with dedicated trainers. During everyone's first class, the trainer takes time out to show you the moves. Every trainer at the Hershey location has been amazing! You sign up for classes in advance, but they do offer "drop-ins" for $25 as space allows. They only have 17 bags, so once they are full that's it! The website and app to sign up for classes are both very easy to use. They offer loaner gloves that you can use until you get your own. They currently offer about 5 different classes for all skill levels. Classes are either 30 minutes or 45 minutes in length. I have never enjoyed working out, but I am addicted to this. You leave fully drenched in sweat and feeling like you can take on anything!
