Listen, due your homework before checking out a place. Don't do what I did before I showed up here…read more Check to see what the hours are before you venture here and have to figure out what to do for your day since it is not open. As you can see, this is a local museum and it truly does embrace the community it sits in. The time that I visited this they were having an exhibit that showcased local artists. That would be why you don't see any pictures of the art from me out of respect for those local artists. They were actually getting ready to switch over exhibits when I visited. Even though it looks small from the outside, the inside is quite spacious and totally gives off the art gallery vibe. Rooms that echoed if you spoke or simply took a step. The exhibit stretched multiple rooms on each floor. Since this was an exhibit for local artists you were able to purchase the art on display. When I was here there was an older couple that had come in and talking with the employees. They had purchased a few pieces over time from here. What was nice was that you could vote when you finished your visit on which piece of art you thought was extraordinary. I wonder what the results was of that vote. I'm going to have to look into that.

Kind of lame. There's only 3 rooms and we were only there for 10 mins. Good thing we didn't drive…read moreall the way up to Lancaster just for this. Go to Gallery Row if you want to see art galleries for more than a few mins.

We got to learn a lot about the Amish community, how they live and how they farm. The tour of the land was beautiful and we really enjoyed getting to see the animals.

The bridge is beautiful. Sheep and cows graze beside it. If you walk along the white fenced area, you can see The Amish Farm and House. This location is contrary. You can see a pretty farm area that is directly beside stores. There are various tour tickets available. I suggest the self tour and grabbing a bite at the BBQ barn. The bus tour is convenient if you don't want to research anything on your own. We planned our Lancaster visit with YouTube and google. There is something to be said for having someone drive you around this beautiful area. However, the stops are chosen for you. There is a better selection of shopping at the markets and smaller shops. If you are on the bus, you are in competition with everyone else trying to quickly purchase souvenirs in 20 minutes. If you decide to take a tour, don't buy a ticket on Sunday. The shops are closed and the tour is different. The house was interesting but I enjoyed the outside of the house at Old Windmill Farm. That was real. This has a "museum" feel. The displays are filled with facts and pictures. You can purchase a book in the gift shop that can explain Amish life. I prefer seeing and taking pictures. There are some beautiful photo opps on the property. There is a life sized cow you can "milk." There are limited, but adorable animals on the property. The goats are hilarious. There are animal approved snack bags you can buy for $1 in the gift shop. The goats climb stairs and walk across the bridge. The sheep make a perfect background by the covered bridge. There are play areas for children. Most things are wood - be careful about splinters. The wood photo cutouts were funny. The gift shop had a few Amish hats, crafted items and home made jams and other canned items. I found more items at flea markets and Kitchen Kettle Village. This place is worth visiting. The best way to end the self guided tour is with some food at a picnic table and a stroll by the covered bridge.

Reclining Seats are luscious and comfy. There's a full service bar on-site as well as brick-oven pizza. Definitely an amazing touch to a movie theater. Customer service: Friendly Prices: typical theater prices lol Parking: Plenty free parking Atmosphere: Cozy. Located inside a walkable shopping center with dining options. I hope you enjoy!

The theater screen is clear and the seating is very comfortable. I'm glad a theater exists like it in Lancaster. It's also a gorgeous shopping plaza. Now for the negative. The service is slow. Like, really slow. The bar is incredibly limited. Though, I do love how generous the server was with the wine pour. I gave her a pretty hefty tip since she essentially topped off the glass as the wine was just about kicked. The bathrooms were filthy, but I'm used to that with many AMC theaters with the same situation. I think I was expecting more of a high end experience since the mall that the theater was located in was so nice. The exterior of the theater looked flashy. The inside lobby and common spaces? Really not fancy and kind of run down and this theater was just built a few years ago. Overall, I enjoyed the experience. Also, my kids LOVED the heated seating. That was a fun bonus. I'd come back again. Some of the food was truly fantastic. The standouts were the wood fired pizza and the cheesesteak. 100% would order again. The burger and grilled cheese were okay. My kids got that, and while they loved it, I was glad that my partner and I got what we ordered.
