The nurses especially are amazing. When my wife explained to one of them, I use a different name and pronouns due to being transgender she made a real effort to remember on later visits and honor them. It made me feel good as almost no one does that in the medical field in my experiences. They always offer complete care and ask if I have any other questions. Highly recommend to anyone.

I respect the fact the she is open to alternative approaches to treatment and she truly cares about her patients. This practice is run so smoothly and her staff is wonderful and they're always extremely helpful. I chose this practice because, this doctor cares enough to work with "the patient as a whole." Worst Managed Practice I have ever experienced! Started going to them about twenty years ago, but…read morein the past two years they have become so unprofessional. Calls are never returned, ever. it takes weeks to get the simplest of approvals leaving dozens of messages to get an answer: what should have been a routine order for lab Corp for blood work for physical was not issued two days before the appointment because they "were waiting for doctors approval". Having experiences this in last years physical I started calling them ten days prior to the appointment, two days before the appointment still no returned call. Another time the doctor ordered a procedure and when I went to schedule it the hospital said they needed pre-approval. The insurance company said the approval had to come from the doctors office. Dozens of calls to Chalfont Family Practice, no call back even once, finally I connected and was told "oh we should have given you that authorization number when we gave you the order". When you visit, there are half a dozen people mulling around; but no one seems to return calls or listen to messages. Archaic and old fashion office that does not use email or texts to communicate with clients; everything is menu and voicemail and they do not return your messages. Don't expect much here, the office is busy making the patients jump through hoops; and they seem to enjoy it.

I was on the road for work and had a small window of opportunity for her to contact me for results. I emailed the practice with the times I would be available. She made sure that she contacted me during that window and she was clear, compassionate with providing the results and invited me to contact her with any questions that may arise. Big time, thumbs up.
