I pulled that thing into Cloverleaf at least 3 times over the last year, when I had some question, or I found some damage. I was very low on money, at the end of my rope, and these guys came through for me again and again. They found a bunch of problems, answered all my questions, even did several simple repairs, and they didn't ever send me a bill. They just wanted to help me and build customer loyalty. After dealing with them, I made my parents promise that if they ever bought an RV they'd get it from Cloverleaf. I wish I could do more for them! They know what they're doing, and they were on my side. I am really stunned to see some negative reviews on here. That was not my experience at all. I frankly don't believe them.

The second was a trailer and quad runner I bought a couple weeks earlier. Funny in both situations there was not good security video. In this day. I find it very difficult to believe. Especially the last one. They have cameras on both gates but convenient, they only save 8 days worth of video. Sounds sketchy to me. I will find the truth. This was not simple or routine, as there were a lot of moving parts, stops, and specific & picky directions... by said relative. From the office manager to the movers, everyone was wonderful. Communication, promptness were great. Always kind, good attitude, and patient . We booked last minute and they fit us in on the date we that had to have. Both moves, Melissa, Jim, and crew were very accommodating with competitive pricing. They all went above & beyond for us, keeping a great attitude under pressure, for a very difficult client. Only one day before they are scheduled to do the job that I needed done urgently and had appt scheduled for several days with them already, they tell me it is more and didnt want to haggle with me on the price and left me stranded. They even told me if I did all the work bagging everything and taking it outside (which I did) they would give me a deal, and it wasnt even though it was a lot more work. They say "Cheaper than a dumpster" , but they really are NOT. The dumpsters I have used in the past from Junoll are cheaper. I used this company twice before when they were a newer company and they were great and stuck to their quote and very professional (even though every time they do not show up when they say) , but they explained they do a lot more business now, so I guess they have the luxury of doing this to their repeat customers. Nick was available and happy to pick up our stuff last minute and was able to take Payment over the phone (because we had to leave first thing in the morning for our 4 day drive out west). The Team showed up when they said they would, which was a huge plus. They showed up with a box truck so all the pieces fit and they had all the moving supplies. Seems obvious but I've had " moving companies" show with no dollies and trucks so small they'd have to make multiple trips. The guys were professional and fast.
