Just got in town for work after driving six hours the posted hours say till 930. I walk in at 9:20 and I'm told they are supposed to leave at 9:30. They are no longer serving food. Maybe the hours need to be updated to reflect that will not visit location again. read more

The people here are all A+. Friendly. Accommodating. Helpful. Any positive attribute you can think of. We loved being here, in part, because the people are terrific! The eating area was clean and well lit. They have both high chairs and booster seats. The food is excellent too. We've had the Classic Italian, both Cold Deli Classic as well as Off the Grill. Both were A. The Cold Deli Classic might actually be an A+, which I very, very, very rarely give. Be sure to order it with extra mayo, oil, and vinegar. The french fries are out of sight! Wow! Fries from a chain store have NO business being this good. A very solid A. When traveling, I almost NEVER go back the same place twice, but I made an exception for Penn Station East Coast Subs. The second time was just as good as the first time, so I have no qualms whatsoever in giving this chain store a 5 star rating. Highly recommended! read more

I have always love eating at Penn station but this time we ordered online , I don't recommend ordering online we ordered a Philly steak and cheese with mushrooms and onions and cheese, and all that we got meat and a few little pieces of onions here in there didn't see any mushrooms banana peppers or cheese and I also ordered a salad. Some of the lettuce in the salad was brown could not eat it first time I have ever not liked what I ordered from Penn Station, for the amount we had to pay it should have been a lot better. . to many other places to eat to waste my money there. read more

My son and I went there today around 12:20 during their busy time. Despite only 2 employees running the whole show the service and food was great. I had the Italian grilled sandwich on white sub. My son had the turkey and provolone. Both were delicious! We were so impressed with how this man and young woman took the orders, prepared the food and cleaned the restaurant all the while greeting customers and thanking them with smiles on their faces. EDIT: James reached out to me through fb personally and apologized for what had happened and offered to make up for the wrongs that were described in this review. The food is fine here but definitely on the heavier side of sandwiches. My problem with this place is that this is the 2nd time we've eaten here and the man working the register, James (who I think is the manager), was very impatient and had an attitude while ordering. I forgot to say what size sub I wanted and he just stared at me till I asked if something was wrong, which is just rude that he couldn't communicate with me and just gave me an annoyed face in response? And then after my boyfriend paid he didn't know he had to sign and James made a snarky remark instead of just asking nicely. And I asked for a water cup and James made me get the ice and bring the cup back for him to get my water from the back bc the machine was "broken." Then once more people came I saw that everyone else could get water from the machine bc it was working fine. He also brought everyone else their food TO THE TABLE but we had to get up and grab it. Foot long sub $12.05 and it was disgusting. Bunches of lettuce and hardly any meat and cheese. Go to Publix for a good sub it's choice of bread and toppings. Young man that took my order looked dirty and unkept. this sub was very disappointing. read more

This is a place where they lay the sub roll opened face on the plate, then smear the Tuna Salad and toppings on, making it physically impossible to close the sandwich without everything spilling out. Also they served big chunks of lettuce which made it even harder to close; I thought all the Advertisements showed shredded lettuce. We waited a really long time too, people after us got theirs first, and faster. And if that didn't take the cake, our French Fries were cold. We let an employee know and she was very sweet and apologetic and brought us fresh, hot fries. But dang, next time we'll try another Sandwich place. read more

After reading the reviews, I'm not sure if I will visit this sub shop. Sounds like they are very slow in serving their customers. Instead of working smarter and together, they fire their employees for being too slow after a month of working there. Maybe the management needs to look at themselves and help the employees instead of yelling at them and firing them. read more

Excellent hot & made to order subs. We ordered a Classic Club & a Reuben to go. They were reasonably priced with a good amount of meat, cheese & as requested toppings. Bread was toasted & delicious. Staff was patient & friendly. Atmosphere was clean with indoor & outdoor tables available for dining. They also had some yummy looking cookies! So glad we tried Penn Station Subs! read more
