I give this Arby's high marks though because of the management and how good they are to correct mistakes. Though they do rarely make mistakes here at this Arby's they are not perfect. Recently I got a drive-thru order and did not get the drink with my order. I didn't realize it until I was down the road. I called and spoke to Brianna, a manager, to let her know about it so that the person working the drive through would be sure to be checking the drinks going forward. Although I wasn't expecting anything Brianna told me to come back at my earliest convenience and she'd comp me a drink and a sandwich of my choice. So she took my name down and about 6 days later when I was back in Marion I stopped at the drive through, gave them my name and ordered a drink and a double roast beef n' cheddar. Imagine my surprise when they not only filled my free order of a drink and a sandwich quickly, and without question, but they also gave me a free large curly fries. They were very friendly and apologetic about it and seemed as if they really wanted to make sure that I was happy and would not leave with a bad impression. In today's world customer service is a dying art form but Brianna and the management staff at this Arby's seem to remember that a happy customer is a lot of future business.
