When cleaning up, they cleared the gutters, ran a magnet around the yard to pick up and nails or metal that may have dropped. The roof looks wonderful. They even took pictures of the roof and gutters so we could see everything. They used great quality materials. When an issue came up 3 years later they did not honor the warranty because they said they don't do 'flat roof' replacement unless specified in the contract. There was also nothing mentioned about excluding the flat roof portion in the contract. My mother paid for a full roof replacement and got taken advantage of. Now the roof needs $2500 in repairs after paying over $17,000 to have it replaced 3 years ago. Do not trust this company or their work.

One of the support beams was on its last leg as it has suffered dry rot. Alex quickly responded to my request for quote, came out the next day, and gave me a quote. He was very thorough with his inspection and gave me a no b.s. quote. There were several other companies I got quotes from but decided to go with Alex because of his straightforward answers and great customer service. Alex and his crew came the same week and did an amazing job on the project. They were very respectful of my property and placed everything back in their place. Their work was solid. Alex took pictures and send them to me as I was at work. After they were complete, they cleaned up the area well and placed everything back. I will be hiring Alex and his crew soon to work on my porch.
