Their service was worthy of coming back to leave the review! They had given us a very reasonable quote for gutters on our small cabin at Lake Merwin. They came out and did the job quickly with great care and quality. My husband had cut a hole in the deck at each end of the cabin to have the runoff drain under the deck rather than on top. They took care to install the downspouts to where they would fit into the holes in the deck. I don't remember all details of the job they did, but I do remember their quality of work was impressive enough to want to come back a few years later to leave the review! A critical piece of the system is the connection between the gutter and drainage tubes. This part in no longer available as near as I can tell. Unavailability of this part caused several other companies to decline to fix the leakage that was occurring at 2 different locations. Baltzell took on the job which required that they build the part. They're ALL good and as a recent customer, I can wholeheartedly recommend Framboyam. My mobile groomer damaged my front gutter - she denied despite the fact that my security camera recording showing her grooming van being the only vehicle tall enough and only tall vehicle ever to be on my driveway. She tried blaming UPS truck (um, no other tall vehicle EVER parks on my driveway, smh). Anyway, absolutely ridiculous but I didn't want to risk losing a good groomer, so whatever. Anyway. The problem with trying to hire a good contractor (for anything) is a lot of them don't even want to bother if the job is too small. Since I just had to get the front portion (20? 22? feet) replaced, apparently it's too small of a job - I used Yelp, Google, BBB and Oregon Contractor Board to select and then contacted 8 gutter companies. Never heard back from 5 of them. Yup. Of the 3, I went with Framboyam because Romulo came by later the same day (not that I had expected him to but I certainly was delighted) and his price was very fair. We picked the color from the samples that's closest to the existing gutter color. I appreciated that he did what he said he would - he texted me later the same day to schedule, showed up the next day with Pedro and they did a great job. I've recommended Romulo to all my friends and I'm also recommending him to you - text him (yup, the contact numer is his cell number) if you need anything gutter-related!
