Total Bait and Switch... I called them about an "A service" on my Mercedes (which is basically just…read morean oil and oil filter change). I was quoted "$150 plus tax". I reconfirmed with him not once but twice while we were on the phone that it would be "under $175 out the door". The Mercedes Dealership charges $250 (+ tax) and I called multiple other independent repair shops in town all of which quoted $100-$160 + Tax. Unfortunately everyone was booked up for a week or two. I needed the service done sooner as I was going out of town. Gordie was able to fit me in the next day. After the service was performed he gave me the bill which was $292.11. When I questioned him about it he said it was $150 for just the labor plus $123 parts plus tax. I would NOT recommend him for ANY services.

He followed up throughout the process, tracked delivery and sent pictures of the car when it arrived. When I came to the dealership to take delivery - I traded in my car, signed paperwork, transferred plates, walked thru the features and out the door in less than 2 hours! All in All - very painless. He also followed up post purchase. I drive an extra 20-30 minutes past the MB @ Tampa to get my car serviced in Clearwater.
