Took my car in for an oil change, 2 days later I'm leaking oil, I took it back there and come to find out there is a crack in my oil pan that wasn't there before they messed with it and are saying that there's no way they could have possibly done it, how do you explain that? Then told me it was a $300 repair which it was actually a $600 repair. Unbelievable horrible customer service and I will not be back, if it was worth my time I would sue over this. I am in the business of helping people and I understand life can be taxing. I bring a lot of empathy and compassion to the table but unfortunately I have never had a good experience here. I believe that says a lot considering I have lived here for 20+ years and enjoyed this place of business prior to it being sold to Grease Monkey. Berating customers and delivery drivers is not a sound way to do business. I have been here many times in the past. Its not the same. There used to be a sign on the building telling you your available options. It always listed two types of synthetics at different cost. The guy told me "no more". I also mentioned that i got systhetic last time and my window sticker had me come back in 3k miles. I said that should be 5k. He told me that the system auto inserts 3k. I've been coming here for 10+ years, so has multiple family members. I will be telling every single one of them to find somewhere else because y'all can't be trusted anymore. We were told my truck had a blown head gasket and the oil change couldn't be done, conveniently after my boyfriend said he had a coupon. My mechanic did everything he could to find something wrong, there isn't. Excellent service! A friend recommended this place to me for an oil change. I found a $2 coupon online that I printed and used. My total was $23. You pull into the service bay. There is someone underneath the bay ready and waiting to drain the oil. Someone above ground is changing your oil, topping off your windshield wiper fluid, and checking the air in your tires and refilling if needed. I was there and done within about 7-8 minutes. They even showed me the dip stick to show me the new and clean oil. They put a new sticker on my window and reset my oil gauge. I would highly recommend! read more

Old ways and employees five stars... now they're lucky I'm giving 2. Been coming for almost 10 years at this point. Was so convenient , cheap , fast , and quality was still high. Last two times I've came, one time my oil was not full and I ended up extremely low in a short amount of time , and the most recent time they tried to tell me my break light was out when it wasn't! Couldn't believe it when I got home and me and my girlfriend double checked all my lights. Dudes were way younger than I always remembered on average , and seem to either be purposely scamming or have no idea what they're doing. Gonna miss the old insta quick :( read more

I've been coming here for years now, even prior to the company hand off. With that being said, all my vehicles "require" full synthetic however as the customer, you will always have the choice. Never once have I been forced into any other option regardless of company ownership. Being there was a parade today, the place was shutting down early and the employees began turning people away without any discounts or accommodations to the inconvenience. I myself was one of those individuals who inquired where a gentleman by the name of Jack decided to become extremely argumentative over my inquiry, laughing and outright calling me a liar over the explanation of prior experiences there as a returning customer. Prior to any of this Jack was also the same one screaming in the parking lot "GOD WHY DO SO MANY OF YOU WANT AN OIL CHANGE ON A SATURDAY - WE "love" YOU BUT FUCK!!" I don't find this to be professional or funny considering the same arrogant negative energy was brought to me. Furthermore becoming argumentative with someone who simply inquired on the process and then continuing to smoke in my face, tell me how bad my tire was without asking if I was aware in a demeaning tone? Completely unacceptable. Do better with your selection of employees because this experience should not be tolerated. Your customers deserve respect and to be listened to. Wow! Truly the quickest oil change ever! I went around 8:30am on a Saturday and didn't have to wait at all. The whole thing took less than 5 mins. I'm not even kidding- I didn't even have to get out of my car. This place also has the cheapest synthetic oil around. I used the $5 coupon online and it came out to $46 even! Wow! They didn't have to top off any liquids but they did fill some of my tires with more air. I highly recommend this place for a quick and affordable oil change! We had been coming here for about 5 years but a week ago we had an experience so bad we are never going back. After leaving there my wife's car started sputtering and she got a message on her dash indicating there was an oil pressure problem. She was able to sputter home and we checked her oil to see if there was oil in the car. They put the dipstick in upside down and I needed pliers and muscle to remove it. It looked like they didn't put enough oil in the car so we called them and they were actually nice enough to send a tech to our house about 15 minutes away. When he arrived he checked the oil in better light and we could see there was oil in the car. So we were stumped and apologized for having him come to our house. Before he left he hooked up his code reader and determined it was the catalytic converter. After he left we hooked up our code reader. I did a little research and we found this particular error code was usually because of low oil pressure, low oil or bad oil. So I pulled the car up on my ramps and drained the oil. As you can see the oil is pitch black. This is 15 minutes of driving after leaving there. It should not be black already. They either never changed the oil or they changed the oil with bad/recycled oil that a lot of these discount oil places use, or they never changed the oil filter and in the 15 minutes my wife drove home, the oil went thru the old filter turning it black (doubtful). So I drained it, and refilled it with new oil I had to spend another $30 on, and the car runs like normal again. The error code vanished and everything was fine... DO NOT go here if you value your automobile. They either use cheap recycled oil, which is why they charge you less than if you did it yourself or they don't change the filter like they say they do, or they put old oil in your car, or don't change it at all. My hunch is they just didn't change her oil. Don't believe me? Drain the oil next time you go there. Don't look at the dipstick. I'm not sure how they do it but the oil looked clean on the tip of the dipstick, but the oil was black when I drained it. Some type of trick? Who knows? Hands down the quickest and least painful oil change I've ever had! I've been to Insta quick twice now and both experiences have changed my perception on getting my oil changed. I'm used to waiting at least an hour at any other place to get my oil changed so I always dreaded it. At Insta quick it's 10 minutes MAX for the whole transaction. I was floored! The first time I pulled in I didn't realize that you waited in the car it's so quick...I got out of the car and all the employees looked so confused! Lol! All the staff at Insta quick are personable and friendly. They always strike up a conversation even when they're slammed. They don't try to sell you on anything else as well- like other places try to. For synthetic oil it was around $40- a steal for synthetic full service. Also they have a $7 coupon on their website- just print it out for a discount! They're a family owned business which I love- keep it local! This is by far still the absolute best place to get an oil change. I love that I do not have to make an appointment or plan my day around an oil change. I am driving home and have 10 extra minutes? Done. Pull up here and check an item off my list. They are friendly, fast, and efficient. They do a great job and have given me advice on how to fix random problems over the course of my time coming here. They have never tried to upsell me or ask me to pay for another service. You literally pull up and wait until they come to your car with the clipboard. They will get some basic information from you. Then, they guide you through the minimal steps that you have to do (from parking in the the perfect spot to when to turn your engine on and off). You sit in your car and let them do the work. A few minutes later, they give you your total. It is all a very quick, painless venture. Their price is great too. I do not think I could ever go get an oil change anywhere else. Been here several times. They are quick and very organized. They will gently try to upsell you on the better quality oils and services but it was never annoying to me the way some places can be. It was more just clearly wanting you to know the options. Read the clipboard to make sure you are getting what you want. In fact check online before you come to familiarize yourself with the options before you are there and need to decide. You never leave your car because it is done so fast. My go to place. read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. I took my car in for a standard oil change. I specifically got my oil changed because I was going to going on a trip. Well, my car ended up running out of oil while driving. Major damage to my vehicle due to there being no oil. I called and talked to the store manager, Juan. He talked with their DM said that if I got the car towed they would pay for it (which they did not). Also, that I could not tamper with anything. They would have to look at it themselves. Understood. I ended up having to have my car towed back to St Pete from about 130 miles away. They inspected the car and made a ludicrous claim saying I "hit" something and it was lodged under the car, but couldn't tell me what it was and will not allow me to see it. They said they'd leave the item in my car so I could see, but they failed to do that and are ignoring my requests to see any photos taken of the item nor did they leave it for me to see it. They just told me what they wanted to so they could claim no liability and are now ignoring my many requests to talk to the district manager. I was told I would get a call from the district manger, I would receive the item they claimed was lodged under the vehicle, and would be getting pics and/or videos of what they did while doing the assessment. I received none of those things. Very unprofessional and I would never recommend anyone take their vehicle to any of their locations including FullSpeed Automotive. They are the type of company that if a mistake is made by one of their employees they will make up what they need to to get you off their lot then never return your calls. It's frustrating that it's hard to find companies with just a little integrity anymore. I tried giving them time and grace to work with me, but apparently they don't care to even try to communicate with me. I run a business as well and when mistakes are made we resolve it in a timely manner where all parties compromise to come to a resolution. I'm not one to blast anyone online but this is a severe mistake that needed to be resolved ASAP. I have yet to have any contact with anyone regarding this issue. Do not support this company or FullSpeed Automative. They'll also check off everything on their checklist on your receipt without even checking or doing any of it. When I was here today 5/8/24 for an oil change they charged me $24.99 & $24.99 (TWICE) for an oil system cleaner, my mileage is 74,869. The last time I was there on 12/12/23 they also charged me $24.99 for an oil system cleaner, my mileage then was 71,587, a difference of 3,300 miles (well below average oil change mileage) also on that visit they told me I needed an air filter for $32.99. I have a 2017 HYUNDAI, keep it in excellent condition & drive very little, I am an 82yr. old woman & truly feel that this business takes advantage of the elderly. read more

Went here based on the reviews considering Chevrolet was going to charge 130$ for an oil change and tire rotation. I stopped here after work during rush hour and got an oil change within 15-20 minutes. Easy enough the people were extremely nice and it was an affordable experience. I even brought my boyfriends car a couple days later because of how impressed I was. I would recommend going in later in the day because during the day it's extremely busy. I had been coming here for years and had nothing but great service. The last time I was here the oil cap was stuck and it took them 20 minutes to get it off. They used every wrench they had and were hitting it with a hammer causing the whole car to shake. When I got home there was no oil in the car because they caused a connection to break and I spilled oil all the way home. Cost $1200 at the mechanics to fix. read more

Drive through service you don't even need to get out of the car just pay through your window. They're done in like 4 minutes. This place is amazing! It definitely beats sitting in Walmart auto for 2+ hours. The guys were really nice and more importantly fast and efficient. I waited maybe a total of 5 minutes when I first got there (someone was in front of me), but then once I pulled my car up, the service was 10 minutes tops. I tried this rapid oil change spot based on previous Yelp reviews & because I'll be selling my car soon for another & didn't have much to lose. I pulled in on a Saturday morning with 3 cars in line in front of me. After contemplating leaving because who has that much time to wait for a drive through oil change, I was so pleasantly surprised. Total wait time was less than 15 minutes. I timed it.....5-6 minutes per car. And my car is still running....so I take that as a good sign. They were thorough & explained the process, also had multiple people working with my car, one might even say they run like a well oiled machine (too cheesy?).
