I was never provided with an estimate for the repairs. I was told that parts needed to be ordered, but after that, I received no updates regarding the status of my vehicle or any delays. The shop never called to explain what was happening. Every update I received came only because I contacted them myself. Customers should not have to repeatedly chase down information about repairs that are being performed on their own vehicle. The lack of communication and transparency left me questioning whether I was being treated fairly. While I cannot say for certain why this occurred, the experience was concerning enough that it made me wonder if bias may have played a role in how I was treated. Fast forward a few days and my cars displayed an alert that my blind side detector was not working and I needed to see the dealer. Reached back out to Butch and he came out to diagnosis. We both figured it was due to the after market mirror I told him to go with and not one directly from the dealer. We were right.
