My videos are beyond perfect. The quality was excellent. Exceeded my expectations completely! Pete is super laid back. I'm the type of person who is not a big fan of having someone super controlling. I've been in weddings where the photographers stress the bridal party out with all their endless ideas & poses. He snapped away patiently, while me & 14 bridesmaids bossed him around. lol And he didn't pressure me for more pics when I wanted to end the photoshoot early. He was very zen about everything! The IRS, DMV, Dentist, Doctor, or job interview, a tax appointment is no different!!! Their office is quite small, & appointments are closely scheduled back to back being TAX SEASON! Cliff & his staff need to be able to concentrate on their client's taxes as they file them, without mistakes & attention to detail. It is not the business's responsibility to expect staff there, to act like a makeshift daycare!!! As any of these disgruntled parents might be reading this, you are already aware, filing taxes can take some time, & by bringing small children to a tax appointment, you purposely delay other appointments that people have that are waiting, simply because you can't or don't want to hire a babysitter! It is not like you haven't experienced challenges with childcare before. So schedule a day when you can leave the kids with a sitter, and if you situation is one where you don't have that option, FILE YOUR TAXES YOURSELF ONLINE!!!
