I am a highly educated person. This is not a review by an ignorant or angry person. I want to prevent other people from falling in the same trap. This company sells Groupon deals. Those deals are nothing but lead generating activities for them. They gave me a 4 hour window, which I told the rep. it was a very large window. I never received a text message about time of arrival. It just happened that I was in the kitchen and saw them in front of my house. When Ignacio and Dave showed up, in less than 1 minute!! Ignacio said he was a supervisor in the company and immediately started to say that i was going to need a DEEP cleaning. His assistant, a young guy name Dave set up everything while his boss went to his truck to write a "proposal" such proposal was for $745.46. The large vacuum run for about 12 minutes. Their attitude was such that when the assistant was about to place the air filter back on the main vent area, I handled him a new filter and he said "I am not supposed to replace the filter, that is a $70 job, but I will do it for you for free" a simple act of placing the new filter instead of the dirty one he had just removed!!! I was told that I had "dust and bacteria" in my air ducts!! BACTERIA!! completely insane statement! The machine they used, did not cover the entire vent, therefore it DID NOT pull out any dirt. After they left, i removed the vents to see if they cleaned and the ducts looked just as dirty!!! NOTHING WAS CLEANED! They came here to scare me and to up sell me on a $745 service!! I was talked down and from the beginning his attitude was: "You need a deep cleaning" . I am really sorry, for the young kid who is being trained the wrong way!! that is not a way to do business. Please know that when you buy a service from this company you are paying to become a lead!!! I want a full refund of my money AND EVEN THEM it is not enough for the way I was treated and the fake cleaning they did, making me waste my time. LL read more

Purchased a Groupon, which was my first mistake. Second mistake, allowing them to "clean" the air ducts and waste an hour of my time. The gentleman who showed up at my house tried to up sell me like $500 dollars! I asked for before and after pictures, all I got was before. I asked for a picture of what was collected using the "big blue" vacuum and never received those pictures either. I looked this company up later the same day and they operate under 10+ different names. I called the company back to ask for the contractor license number and the woman on the phone would not give it to me. I thought that was weird because EVERY OTHER company has the license number on the website, or provided the license number by phone. She was also very rude about it. If I had known then what I know now, I would have called a different company. I scheduled an air duct and dryer cleaning for $149. I did NOT use a Groupon. When they got to my home, they were on an upsell mission. They told me it's more money because it's dirty. They said they cleaned the air ducts but if I wanted my dryer vent cleaned it would be $300. Thus, they wanted to double the price. I don't like people trying to manipulate me and scare me into thinking my house will catch fire unless I pay them XXXX more dollars. That's not right! I know for a fact that other reputable companies clean clogged and dirty vents for about $100 total. They wanted $200. Any reputable company does not charge extra if it's dirty or clogged. They showed me a photo of a dirty vent. I don't even trust that the photo they showed me was my vent. My dryer works fine so it's obviously not that dirty. Dryer Vent Kings wanted to scare me and charge me almost double what everyone else charges for a dirty/clogged duct cleaning. This company is dishonest. I paid them $100 because they said they cleaned the air ducts but I didn't see any before and after a photos of the air ducts. Absolutely horrible booking experience. I scheduled. They canceled and rescheduled 2 months later. Then they called on a whim and had a tech in the area. I bought the unlimited Groupon and was still quoted 1000 in extras. Im pretty sure they skipped the vents in my living room despite me asking multiple times. Oh and they left a huge mess of dust outside by the dryer Vent. Guy was pushy and full of sh1t. Kept saying the sanitizer they used was organic and costed 180 per gallon. I had a good experience. My techs were Steven and Cole. I originally just wanted my dryer vent cleaned out. But then I found out there was a Groupon for that and for cleaning all of the air ducts in my house. I ended up having a clogged dryer vent that I paid an extra $200 to have unclogged they showed me video and before and after pictures and a lot of debris and lint was removed from the vent. They tried to upsell me another $500 to clean and sanitize my air conditioner and vents. But as I wasn't expecting to spend any money today it was already a lot to get the clogged air vent fixed. I felt like they explained everything so I understood. My house is old and I'm sure it had never been cleaned. So I'm glad I got part of my issue fixed today. Very friendly, professional and easy to work with. 3 stars for scheduling, mediocre experience with scheduling. You most likely won't get through the first time but they will call you back timely. I get a feel that the operator is just there to schedule and may not have a real knowledge of the services but that could be argued as expected hence the 3 stars. read more

I rescheduled for today (2/13/21) and they never showed. I never got a reminder call or text and was never contacted to let me know they weren't going to show. After they cancelled the first appointment (calling from a random number), I was able to reschedule (got a call back from a different random number)... however, a different company showed up for the inspection and cleaning. The company that showed up was friendly and did okay (chipped paint around vent and only attached their hose to one vent, not 12 like on the Groupon stated). I looked up the random number they called from and found this on the BBB website: Alert BBB has received information which indicates that the business owner, Mr. Shimon Kalifi, primarily advertises through Groupon and LivingSocial. At this time, thirteen different business names have been verified as belonging to Mr. Kalifi, all of which offer air duct and dryer vent cleaning services. The business is believed to be operating under additional business names not registered with the state of Arizona. While most complaints associated with Mr. Kalifi are not serious in nature, many complainants report difficulty in contacting the business to resolve disputes as phone numbers and websites are frequently disconnected. Technicians that arrive to perform services often identify themselves as being affiliated with a business unknown to the consumer. I should of researched this place before going with them. All the negative ones start with "I bought a Groupon" so yeah I got one as well. It did not turn out as expected. Just in case if the manager responds this Groupon that is advertised is "Air duct cleaning of 12 vents, one air return, and dryer vent system inspection. Supposedly this is a $329 value at 88% off in which you pay $47. If this was actually a service that I thought they were going to do I would consider doing it again at full price. Although it is not, it is basically a scam. Just like everyone else says they show up close the vents and hook a vacuum up to one. That doesn't sound like what the Groupon advertises. The tech said cause we had an older home the vents didn't close all the way so nothing happened. Then tried to sell us a $900 package, that makes absolutely no sense. First off if you come over and do a half ass job and then try to sell me on something else. You didn't do anything in the first place. I'll be reporting to the BBB as well. I got a voucher from Living Social months ago but took a long time to even get an appointment. After couple months on the day of the appointment, technician came late and hurried to do minimum. He also tried to sell services worth $1000 on top of the voucher. When declined, he was very upset. He was very rude and talked very badly in front of my 4 year old child. He also yanked his equipment. Causing damage to wall, carpet, furniture etc for which he didn't even apologize. On contacting the company, the owner promised many times over email/phone to make it right. But to this day has not compensated for the damages let alone reimburse. This company pulled my coupon from groupon saying they would have me pay them directly. That meant I can't review them on Groupon. They left things unplugged in the rooms they plugged machines in. My husband is ill and weak. I'm in a wheelchair. To reach to plug back in appliances and a floor lamp was difficult. They should have done that. Michael tried to upsell from the groupon price of $35.00 to $300 showing me pictures of how our vents supposedly look. I told the company before they came that I'm very sensitive to smells/odors. Michael, the lead of the two man crew, smelled very strong and was proud of it when I said something. They left dryer lint on the carport for me, in a wheelchair, to clean up; and left our air handler door unlatched. Luis is one special man. When he opened the vent below my fairly new air handler he found a leak, and a defect in the installation. He was all ready to repair it when we decided that this could cause a problem with the warranty. So he treated the mold and took video explaining what he found. I purchased their highest Groupon voucher as a gift for my son who just purchased his 1st home. He made a reservation and they came out but refused to do the work. They stated he would have to pay extra 100s of dollars to have his vents cleaned. Note he has a very small 3 bedroom house with intact vent and 6vents total which the Groupon would more then cover. Needless to say I requested a refund since these people advertised falsely what they would just so they could get out to the house to make you pay. read more

Unfortunately, the first technician did not come within the window we were provided and this caused some issues for us, however after we complained to the first technician and the office about our not-so-great customer service, the owner contacted us and made things right. We were promised someone would be there the next day on time and that's exactly what happened. The technician was kind and got the job done thoroughly and efficiently; He was very professional and knowledgeable. He did try to up-sell us to get the oscillating brush done, but we declined. Purchased a Groupon for a cleaning. It was very easy to schedule an appointment and they were booked out about a week. Our technician was Eli and then he had an assistant. They arrived on time, were friendly, and respectful of our home and stuff. They do try to up-sell their services which is to be expected but, Eli was not pushy at all. We did decide to do the deep cleaning and so far, I'm really happy with the results. I feel like the air quality in our condo is much better and it's not as dusty. I thought it might be good though they were later than stated. Cool day out so it was not so bad to leave my dogs out for the short time I was quoted the cleaning would take. The time was 15 minutes which turned into over an hour of the vacuum machine running and nothing more coming out of the vents. Chris was very lazy and Todd was a secure salesmen in his own way. I used the restroom and when I came out, I found Chris opening drawers in the other bedroom. I was the one that put the return filter back in place (the one Chris stepped on) and secured the vent cover. He informed Todd he had done all the things that needed to be done which included ceiling fan cleaning which was not expected but was appreciated. I have no idea where the pictures I was provided came from and told that my dryer vent was an issue that should be addressed quickly as a fire could be started. Between the two, it took over 20 minutes to reinstall the dryer pipe I installed in less than 5 minutes and not sure if it is even installed correctly. Supervisor will be out today to address issues and concerns. I was even asked by Chris if I had a brush so that he could clean my vents. Upon scheduling, I asked if there was anything I could do to make the appointment flow smoothly and I was told no. Price paid for the Groupon used, okay so learn by experience and think about why they are offering specials is my main concern for people. I was given a quote of over $500 to clean my "vents" correctly and my home is less than 1000 sq ft. Edit at this point. I was contacted and asked to change my review. Then called a liar in a less than professional email response to my Groupon review. I was told he would let the person go that was found going through my drawers in another room and even asked if I did not see things clearly. Employee stated the drawer was open and he was closing it. I watched him open and then close it when he seen the fact that I was watching him. Terrible!!! I bought a groupon for 12 vents 1 return and 1 dryer vent. They showed up and tried to sell me on $930 of other stuff. I had them add the additional 6 returns. They were in and out in 30 minutes. They didn't clean my dryer vent, they left dirt all over my floors, they scratched my brand new hardwood floors in two places, and they left dirt all over the floor in my hvac room.
