I wasn't expecting to get a lower premium because I tried before at different agencies and was offered the same cost I was already paying, but figured I'd give it another shot. I was really excited when Susan Redmond called me back after I sent her my information from my previous policy and told me she cut my cost by over 30% (I don't know if I'm allowed to give exact amounts but it was a lot) ! She even explained my coverage that I had before and how there were certain things I wasn't covered for before that I didn't even know about and she was able to place them in my current coverage even with the lower premium I'm now paying. I really like this agency, they are super nice and I thought it was so sweet how Susan went out of her way to look out for my best interest and explain my coverage before on top of what she found for me at a lower price and I didn't even ask her about doing that just to see if their were any other companies I could use for lower price. I would recommend this agency to everyone because you can tell they really care and made me feel like my insurance mattered even just for my auto insurance and that's why I wanted to show my thanks by writing this review. She even offered some excellent recommendations on things I should do to protect myself: take photos of the car before and after, as well as taking a picture of the document they give you on return of the vehicle and ideally getting the name and picture of the person you return the car to. On the whole I have had good experiences with Allstate. I have them for our car and home. They have been very helpful the times I have had to file claims and did not drag out paying. Their roadside assistance is also very good, the wait times are generally very short and the technology they use for assistance is also good and works well. I like that I don't have to download an app in order to get the roadside assistance.
