Then after Covid everything changed. Most of the staff left. The ones that stayed and the new hires were not very nice and didn't know what they were doing. We got a quote for a big job on one of our cars. It seemed very high. We found a good auto shop near us and they did it for half the price. Peruzzi will gouge you! The last time we were there was when Justine Garcia was very rude to us again. I had gone back after getting my brakes done because I had a problem with them. It was taking a long time and she told me if I didn't like it, I was free to go somewhere else. She has a major attitude! I don't know if she still works at Peruzzi now because we never went back. They keep emailing me and sending me coupons and stuff in the mail. I asked to be unsubscribed but they don't listen, it's annoying! This dealership sucks!

During the sales process, certain benefits and terms were discussed that influenced my decision to move forward with purchasing my vehicle. While those terms may technically have been included in the paperwork, important limitations and timeframes were not clearly explained upfront in a way that was transparent or emphasized. The issue is not policies existing -- it's the way information was communicated during the buying process versus afterward. As a customer making a major financial decision, I should not have to discover key details later on that significantly affect the value of what was presented to me at the time of purchase.

I was looking and looking for awhile for a car but no luck. than I come across B&B, I was hesitant at first but like I said I needed a car fast. so I just decided to browse around and seen a few nice vehicles there. After debating whether or not to apply I finally just did it. After I got approved i was excited so I made an appointment and went to B&B. Here is the bs, The car I inquired about was app not ready. like what?? how do you advertise a vehicle your not going to sell?? that's just crazy to me. after a list of cars and a few test drives I made my decision. put payment on car and was happy to at least have a nice looking car. but that's just it, it looks nice! not even 2 hours after leaving the location I'm having car issues. contacted them and made appointment to get it serviced. smh after a week of trying to get a response from them on a day I bring it back and they supposedly fixed the issues. wrong. I drive off again and after 25min or so the same issues where still there! so again same thing calling and calling and texting etc. to make a time to get it looked at again. has not even been 3 mo. and all these issues. I can go on an on lol but I said a lot but not enough. this business is definitely ‍ no go for all. they will pull strings to get you approved because they know the card they have are straight horrible and they just want that commission after they get you they forget you. Point blank don't go!

My experience with Fred Beans Kia of Langhorne has been extremely disappointing and frustrating. I…read morefeel it's important to share this so other buyers understand the risks. Less than six months ago, I purchased a 2017 Hyundai Tucson from this dealership for my daughters to share. Recently the service light came on, and after bringing the vehicle in for service at Fred Beans Hyundai (as recommended by the Kia service department), I was told the car needs a complete transmission replacement costing over $3,300. A major mechanical failure like a transmission should not occur within six months of purchasing a vehicle. This raises serious concerns about the condition of the vehicle when it was sold and about the dealership's inspection process. Vehicles sold by dealerships marketed as fully inspected and reliable, yet here we are facing a major failure almost immediately. After doing some research, I also discovered that transmission issues with the 2017 Hyundai Tucson have been widely reported. As a customer, I had no way of knowing this history when purchasing the vehicle, but a dealership that sells cars for a living certainly should be aware of common problems associated with certain models. What has been most disappointing is the complete lack of support from the Fred Beans organization. When I reached out, I was essentially told there was nothing they could do. The Kia dealership and Hyundai dealership--both part of the same Fred Beans company--seem unwilling to work together in any meaningful way to help a customer dealing with a major failure shortly after purchase. To be clear, I was not asking for a free repair or a new vehicle. I simply hoped the dealership would show some level of customer service and work with me toward a reasonable compromise given the circumstances. Instead, the response was dismissive and left me entirely on my own with a $3,300 repair bill. Situations like this are exactly when a dealership has the opportunity to show integrity and stand behind the vehicles they sell. Unfortunately, that did not happen here. At this point, it feels like once the paperwork is signed, customer support from Fred Beans disappears completely.
