The issue is not policies existing -- it's the way information was communicated during the buying process versus afterward. This dealership used to be really good. We bought both of our cars there and used to go there for all of our car service too. The employees were all very nice and accommodating. Then after Covid everything changed. Most of the staff left. The ones that stayed and the new hires were not very nice and didn't know what they were doing. We got a quote for a big job on one of our cars. It seemed very high. We found a good auto shop near us and they did it for half the price. Peruzzi will gouge you! The last time we were there was when Justine Garcia was very rude to us again. I had gone back after getting my brakes done because I had a problem with them. It was taking a long time and she told me if I didn't like it, I was free to go somewhere else. She has a major attitude! I don't know if she still works at Peruzzi now because we never went back. My son bought a car Subaru and the sales person (again SALESMAN) they are there to get commissions they sell warranty from WARRANTY SOLUTIONS- saying this warranty covers tires, transmission, engines. My son has tried to use it twice. Everything g that goes wrong with the tire oh yea it's covered nope Subaru broke the bolt and my son called warranty nope not covered. A solenoid that literally makes the transmission run the car. Valve body nope not covered. Oh it's part of the transmission but nope not covered. Do not get warranty. Remember it's a car dealership and they work on commission. I know we fell for it. These guys are in it for themselves. Biggest scam going! Had to have the rear hatch button on my Nissan Pathfinder replaced (manual button). Estimate was for $547 and said "This system does not require any cables to be attached to the opening or unlocking mechanism, it is controlled electronically with a push button inside the cabin of the vehicle or a button on a key fob". Giving the impression I would be able to open remotely or from inside the vehicle. Approved the service and went to pick up my car only to find out it doesn't allow for any opening remotely or inside the car! When I asked I was told "that's just generic verbiage". THE WORST CUSTOMER SHOP SERVICE!! Do yourself a favor and never lease a car from here unless you want a lemon. A brand new 2024 Rogue with 8,000 miles breaks down two days in a row with no acceleration or power. Service center is no help with a rental you only get attitude from the employee Danielle "who gets done at 6 so can't help you" it was 5:30. Don't get me started on the fact that I had an "unprecedented issue they've never experienced before" per the manager Trever with my whole engine shutting down, yet, if you google the Rogue SL it's the main problem. They had my car for a week and a half with no solutions yet, once I filed a claim to Nissan Corporate the problem was magically fixed!!! But wait, it gets better. I was told they found a nail in the front tire after the vehicle being in their care for a week without that issue and that I have to pay $325 for a replacement. They took it on 15 miles worth of test drives and clearly are the ones who got the nail yet I'm left to over the cost???? Or leave with a flat tire. THEY ONLY CARE ABOUT MONEY and not the consumer which is actually laughable. The sales side has some very good employees who will sell you that car and make it seem like the best decision of your life. That's until you pull off the lot and then nobody cares. Purchased a car almost 3 months ago, great purchase experience and a great salesman. No pressure and great service. I live in NJ and was told I would get a call when my tags were ready. Almost 2 months went by and I called to ask where they were. I was told 1 more week. Got a message that they were in and going to be overnighted. This was a Friday. Nothing came on Saturday, Sunday, Monday...... Had to call on the following Thursday and the woman who answered chuckled and said she forgot. Really? My temp tag was over a week past expiration. This place has gone so far downhill in recent years, it pains me to remember how it used to operate. Recently, I had a time crunch to get my car serviced and it's close to my office, so I gave it a chance almost 2 years after a really bad experience. I learned my lesson and plan never to return. Sept 2024: went in for an oil change. When I got to my car, I noticed that my hat was missing from the passenger seat and told the service desk. The tech aggressively responded there was never a hat there. I insisted that my hat was missing, so Josh from the service desk went back to look for it. And unsurprisingly, he found it at the other employee's workstation. So now they have employees who are known to steal. Sept 2022: Nissan lost the $60 check I gave them for a service in July, and the first I heard from Nissan about it was their service manager, Doug, leaving a voicemail accusing me of bouncing a check and threatening to call the police in September. He claimed this is what he tells everyone with payment issues because it makes them call him back quickly - incredibly unprofessional. He only relented when I pushed back that there was no way I bounced a $60 check and had confirmed that with my bank. He still wouldn't apologize for his rude behavior and unjustifiable threats, and then blamed the bank instead by claiming they "never processed" the check - whatever that is supposed to mean. Just admit you lost the check, and stop threatening to call the police on people for your mistakes. The worst part is, after Nissan was made aware of this, they refused to act on it and remedy the issue with their employee. read more

Absolutely the WORST Customer Service experience of my life. Have been getting my vehicles serviced there for many years. Yesterday was the last. 2 hours of no communication, conflicting status updates and horrendous response from the " service manager". So bad I left without letting them do repairs. Wrote and email to the owner Fred Peruzzi and got a telephone call from the GM which offered nothing other than " I want to get your version of what happened". Typical Dealership Antics! This was a certified pre-owned Altima I helped my fiancé purchase. Totally misleading with their verbiage with the break down in costs. I asked specifically if the total for the car was the number on the page and I was told everything was included in the monthly payment which was their way of going around the fact that there was going to be an added $6,500 from the unnecessary extra warranties they offer and they didn't include tax, tags, and reg in the total price like I've been offered every other time purchased a new vehicle from a dealer. When we went to the financing manager we were the last customers there, so they flew through the paperwork not going down the lists of costs one more time before having us sign everything which left us to think we signed for a much lesser value than what we agreed upon. Luckily we had noticed the much higher residual price of the loan and we're able to go back in and undo the unnecessary warranties to the tune of $4,600 that we were able to get back canceling within 30 Days. They also barely took the time to detail the car left a lot of removable marks and scuffs all over it and foam sticking out of the dash/windshield, that I ended up having to go over the entire car myself inside and out like it should have been done in the first place. read more

the worst Nissan I have ever gone to. I took my 2021 titan for a transmission recall in 2022 and ever since then it started acting up. I took it back multiple times so they could fix the issue, I left it so they could test drive it and I repeated myself over and over every single time that the issue was the work they did on the transmission. they refused to listen to me (or pretended like they didn't know what I was talking about) they told me that reason why it was acting out was bc of an air filter (which "they fixed" but made no sense. i'm not an expert) and when I took it to a different Nissan they told me that there was nothing wrong with whatever it is they were saying. I took it back to Peruzzi one more time and I, again, explained the problem, told them they needed to fix the issue and they refused to do so. ofc bc it's under warranty and it's a recall, they didn't want Nissan to be at fault for the damage THEY had caused. fortunately I took it to a different Nissan (different state) and they were able to replace my transmission as soon as I explained what happened (in 2024!!!). I took my truck to a different dealership and they were able to spot the issue right away so why couldn't this location to the same? read more

I am an Asian and I pretended to not know English. It was an absolute shit show. They didn't even hide trying to take advantage of a customer with poor communication skills. I got to the point of signing for a $45K purchase of a $33K Maxima (no extras, just a basic Maxima) when I finally said "What the f*ck you conniving pieces of shit" and walked right out. I had a very good experience purchasing my vehicle from Peruzzi. I came from California for a used 350z and the staff was very accommodating with all the chaos that comes along with flying across the country for a car. Staff was very friendly and helpful! Nicole and Joe were the ones who helped me throughout this process. As soon as we got to the dealership we were greeted by Joe and took a look at the car to make sure everything inside and out was too my liking. Went for a test drive, she drove like a dream! We headed inside to start the paperwork but before that, they did have a full carfax report printed for me as well as the services that had been done to the vehicle with the previous owners. Which was amazing! Then we went ahead and started on the paperwork, the process was quick and had a great time chatting it up with Joe while we were at it! I will never purchase a vehicle from Peruzzi Nissan Again. The promise the moon and stars bit never follow through. In 2019 I purchased a SUV not even 60 days later the car wouldn't start due to an engine problem. Since then I have put over 8000 dollars into it in repairs. In 2020 I purchased a car from them and was promised 2 free oil changes and a free detail (the car didn't come detailed because they didn't have the staff to do it) and all of these extra perks if I bought the Nissan program. Well the guy that sold us the car Mohit told us a lot of lies (which I should of known most car dealers do lie). When I called to have the car detailed no one knew what I was talking about. Mohit said He made notes about the detail in our file so when I call they will get me scheduled there was never any note made. So finally he admitted to saying we had a free detail but made it impossible to actually get it done because they guy that does the cleaning was only there one day a week. When I called for the free oil change the guy said oh sorry that expired 7 days ago it was only good for a year. Mohit never told us that it had a 1 year exp. He also said you have to buy the Nissan Program you will get free new tire within the 5 years you can actually go do burn outs and bring it back and we will replace them all for free. He knows from his own experience of doing it. And the list goes on. So now I have one more year left with an SUV with nothing but problems. And was sold a bunch of liesssss. Save your time & money don't buy you cars from peruzzi SCAMS. The sManager working on 8/6/22 is extremely rude and hung up on me in the middle of a conversation basically telling me I was a liar he trained Mohit and knows he would never say anything like that. I was able to cancel one of my warranties (with no help from the dealership - I had to contact the servicer directly). Now it is up to Peruzzi to issue the refund to my lienholder. I've experienced terrible service and technician work at this location. I requested an estimate to remove reflective highway paint from my SUV to submit to the turnpike commission years back but the tech was ignorant and refused to give me one. A second worker intervened on my behalf explaining my needs, however, I left angry and without an estimate (though this had been my dealership for several years). My SUV failed inspection for surface corrosion on the rotors (no grooves or pits) which the Peruzzi tech said is common for lightweight SUVs but they would/could not resurface the rotors. I took my SUV for a second opinion and the mechanic questioned the failed inspection and recommended not using Peruzzi in the future. Most recently (8/31/2017), Peruzzi replacing a door lock actuator ($390) resulted in exterior door damage. The service advisor whom I dealt with spoke over me, didn't listen to my concerns and frankly was rude and blew off that they had damaged the exterior of my SUV. After arguing that they did not cause the damage Peruzzi relented and now the 'repaired' protrusion is dented in and has mismatched paint. I have not returned to the dealership. I only write this review now because I'm angry because the passenger door lock which Peruzzi replaced less than two years ago (and in turn damaged my SUV) is broken....again. read more

On jANUARY 29 2018 I BROUGHT MY 2016 Nissan Rogue into Peruzzi Nissan Fairless Hills PA for collision work after being hit by a deer. The work of $5000 was completed in 2-3 weeks. After 9 months and 6000 miles driving I took the car for Inspection on Nov 7 2019 and they told me that my alignment was out. The collision repair shop said they did the alignment at the end of the repair. I requested that they redo the alignment for free but they refused. I haven't purchased a car here though I have used their service department several times. I am not breaking any new ground but I must say Peruzzi is pricey. I went to have some work done due to a recall and they also said I needed some other work done, which I came back a month later to get. I am still not sure whether I needed the work but I will give them the benefit of the doubt. What they charged for the repair was considerably more than what other places would have (I researched after the fact). I was told I would get a discount if they didn't have to get me a rental (which to their credit they wouldn't have charged me for). When I came in to get the service, Joe (service advisor) said he wouldn't give the discount but he would give me the rental (which I didn't need). I went in the same time to have a headlight bulb replaced. They quoted me 79 dollars over the phone for parts and installation. This price isn't bad, the install was 49 dollars. When I brought my car in I was told it would be 239 for parts and labor because I needed a more expensive light. They might have quoted me a high beam bulb price which is less than a low beam bulb price but 239 is exorbitant. You can purchase these lights at auto places for around 100 and some will install it free of charge. I ordered the part online for 32 dollars after shipping and it was installed at jiffy lube down the street from Peruzzi for 9 dollars in five minutes. Peruzzi would have charged me approx. 200 more. The only positive I can say is that they do decent work. They send numerous emails and even texts to remind you of your appointment. I found it bothersome after a while but some might find it helpful. I would never recommend this place to anyone, under any circumstances. The work might be good but they are way overpriced. As a Service Advisor Joe was very friendly but I got the feeling he was trying to get as much money out of me as he could. read more

I just found out that the salesperson who helped me no longer works there, which is unfortunate because he was very nice and helpful. But either way, Peruzzi has been great to me so far. The car had a bad transmission, they lied about the miles on the car I was told 60-70, 000 but the car had 121,000.. Car was in the shop three times trans replaced with a new one and that one was no good. I could not drive the car after all this and it sat in my parking lot.
