Dropped things off, including high end designer brands such as Coach, Vince and Eileen Fisher two years ago. Never heard from them again.

I used to like this shop. I shopped there frequently, even brought my friends there, while visiting the Cape. I bought a shirt on Friday, hand washed it, and was ready to iron it when I noticed 4 holes in the front. I called the shop and was told all sales final, but really??? I paid good money for a shirt that is now in the trash. There should be exceptions to "all sales final". YOU screwed up, not me. You sold me a shirt with holes and you don't stand by your merchandise. Shame on you. read more

used to be fine for some basics but as with literally everywhere else--thrifts included--prices went up, quality stayed the same or went down. $17 for an amazon or target brand dress that was probably brand new for $12? crazy. the only demographic that works for is rich folks who want to be a little more sustainable by buying secondhand which... i guess is a lot of the Cape. just don't go here expecting quality at a fair price for most items. ladies have always been really in my opinion, but based on other reviews the experience of consigning might suggest otherwise. read more

This store has very fine quality clothing , jewelry, accessories and reasonably priced . The minute you walk in the door ,one of the polite salesgirls always says hello and makes you feel Welcome. I've gotten Great clothes for my mom , myself both for everyday and Special occasions. Love this place read more

This is an excellent and well run women's consignment store to shop. Wonderful selection and reasonable prices. They have home goods, jewelry, high end designers, and carry great brands with a varied selection of sizes. Love to shop here and I have just begun consigning my own things here and so far am very pleased. read more

Great place to visit weekly! They are always bringing in great product! Now they have expanded to accommodate household trinkets, furniture and interesting tables, chairs and just about anything you didn't know you wanted ! It's a must visit! read more

I have worked with this shop for about eight years, but the last items I dropped off were never put out for sale and basically disappeared. Something is amiss. I would never either shop there again nor would I trust them with my merchandise. read more

I agree with a previous poster. Something is amiss with this shop. My first experience consigning with these ladies was very disappointing, to put it mildly. Yes, I made a small amount of money when my clothes sold, but was told I'd have to wait 2 months for my check. When I showed them their own policy that said checks will be issued the FOLLOWING month if over $50, they said it would be ready in two months since I'd asked for it on the 31st (of May). Apparently they process checks on the 30th but nowhere in their "rules" does it say that. My complaints could go on and on. I argued my points and tried to explain that I was just trying to comply with their guidelines. Finally, I was told that, "O.K., I could have my check in June." When I asked for her to put this in writing, she refused. I was treated rudely and made to feel that it was all my fault for not falling their rules. Also, my unsold clothes had already been given to charity. I brought them in on March 30th and came in to pick them up on May 31st. They said they "pulled" then on the 28th even though their guidelines say that will happen in 60 days. Stupid me for not counting out exactly 60 days!!!! I left the shop very upset and will ask a lawyer friend about their policies, just to satisfy myself. I've been trying to sell off all my working days clothes to help make ends meet in retirement. I was very excited to be earning some money at this endeavor but will never deal with this shop again!!! read more
