I can understand not taking on new customers, but he had been a customer for many years. I am stunned by the poor customer service. YMF used to be great - I referred many people there over the years. I cannot believe this is how they treat their customers.

On July 2nd I received a response saying it would be at least one more week since the reviewer is out of the office. On July 31 I requested an update. On August 6 I requested an update. On August 13 I requested an update. And today I requested an update. I tried to call the phone number in their signature block (there isn't one listed on their website), and there is no answer. I don't think this firm is still open. I've reached out to new accounting firms to start hiring a new accountant.
