The team was so marvelous in helping us put together this bountiful box of goodies. Which our family members immediately opened and enjoyed nibbles of all of the different flavors and items. We originally found them when one of our family members was having health challenges and could not have dairy or gluten. Soft Herb & Pea Risotto: loved this in terms of texture but needed a touch of salt. We added a pinch of their house special salt (mined from a 100 year old salt mine), and it did the trick! Wild Mushroom Tagliatelle: this was my favorite item, though also, requiring a pinch of salt. I really appreciated that the truffle oil did not overpower the dish (that's a pet peeve of mine).
