Victoria S response to my complaint was to get in touch with the shop manager. That was exactly what I did. When I stopped by the location he was on lunch. So the employees said I could wait for his return on the side parking of the building. After a while I had to use the restroom. As I was getting out of my truck I had my infant with me. The manager comes charging up to me and shoves a piece of paper in my hand and yells for me to get off the property. I try to ask what he just shoved into my hand. He says it's my claim number now and yelled again for me to get of the property. My car was damaged by this location. I had nicely asked to speak with him after a week of being denied even filing a claim. I even told the employees I was not there to harass anyone I just need answers or help getting the claim stated on my car that broke down 30 miles after leaving their shop. Yelling at me like a dog with my infant present was not okay. We were just trying to use the restroom while we waited. I had to drive an hour just to speak with him. I understand that claims are a hot button issue but I was the injured party nicely seeking help. He was the same manager that filled out my claim on my first visit and texted that it was approved. Corperate later told me that a claim was never even started. My car broke down 30 miles after leaving your location. After being lied to about my claim being filed and approved. A week of hell trying to get anybody on the phone. The GM denying my claim and then going on vacation. I did not deserve being yelled at like a dog with an infant present.
