They do try and upsell you on services, but they aren't trying to deceive anyone when they do. They'll explain why you might need it and be honest about if you really need a specific service or not. If you don't want an additional service, don't get it. Sure, it's a bit more expensive than Walmart, but it's about 25x faster and you don't have to roll the dice on Customer Service. I would highly recommend this location if you're looking for quality service.

I have had to file a claim to get this repaired and no one has gotten back to me and the answer that works there Victoria was very rude and didn't help me. This may end up in a law suit due to shade tree mechanics and the nonexistent follow up so I wouldn't recommend. Do not go to Valvoline in Maumelle. The other workers were nice and helpful but couldn't assist since the matter was above their head.
