We are very pleased with the quality of the service and the prices. Today my 90-year-old mother-in-law's front door would not unlock. She lives North of Milton. I am so impressed with Pensacola Lock & Safe. I had a keyless entry lock that my security system company was going to charge me over $800 to fix. Pensacola Lock & Safe fixed it for around $250 (including the new lock!). I also had a lock Patio door with no outside lock and Bob researched the problem, ordered the part, and installed it in less than a week. I now have outside access to my home and I feel safer. Pensacola Lock and Safe did the greatest thing for me today! Somehow my freezer got locked and the key disappeared. My dog food was in it - not to mention people food. The technician unlocked it and also gave me a new key then pushed the freezer back into place ( which moved forward when my grandson and I tried to pull the door open. They treated me like a VIP. I had to replace a broken door lock and I called them to schedule a service call. They told me I could save a considerable amount of money if I would bring the broken lock in to their store. When I called back and said I could not remove the lock from the door, they talked me through the process. The lock turned out to be beyond repair, and they sold me an excellent replacement lock. They quickly rekeyed it and told me how to install it. I was extremely impressed with their genuine desire to save me the added cost of a home service call. n early May 2018, I contacted Pensacola Lock and Safe Inc. (PLSI). Their Agent Psyche was amazing!!! What a pleasant service visit from an agent who was not just competent and professional, but personally engaging. If Psyche is typical of PLSI, I WANT PLSI for ALL my lock repairs and maintenance. The part needed to repair my lock had to be ordered. But the warranty on the lock assured that there would be no cost for that part. The FIRST day after my return from Asia in August, PLSI called me and told me that they were ready at my convenience to complete the repair. Since I was already jet lagged, we scheduled it for the next day. Technician was not Psyche, but he was just as competent, and completed the repair in 30 min or so. The cost to me was astoundingly low. After so many bad service visits by plumbers, handyman services, on and on... it's refreshing to find a company that delivers their promise. read more
