Amazed this place is in business with the way they work. Called them at 9;30pm for an emergency unlock for my Airbnb guests that were locked out due to a dead digital lock. Locksmith said he couldn't do anything after looking at the lock for less than a minute then got annoyed and left because my handyman showed up to replace the batteries (I was going to have him do this once it was unlocked). Locksmith didn't call me didn't communicate at all just left leaving my guests stranded out there with no help. I called him wondering where he went and was told they left because they got "annoyed" and the only suggestion was to break the lock. Well after my handyman spending 60 seconds on the lock after the locksmith left, he found out the door wasn't even locked, the issue was the handle. So one this lock issue was misdiagnosed and two he didn't even bother to stick around. If you own Airbnbs especially or if you locked yourself out don't waste your time with them, call someone else who won't get frustrated and just leave without communicating they're leaving. Charged me $400 for a new key fob, Car was unlocked already. Price is a bit higher than the others but they had a key in stock. Next morning the key stopped working to unlock, lock, or open the hatch. All of a sudden after zero issues, our car's dash is lit up like a Christmas tree, all the safety features are in an error state and the car I had lost significant power. Not sure what happened but they said I can bring it in on Monday if I want them to fix it. Wife had to go to work about an hour away. Fob on my van stopped working. I changed battery but still didn't work. Heard that ACE has replacement FOBs and would probably be cheaper than dealer. Called and girl on phone was quick and courterious and direct. All i had to do was show up with the van and good and bad FOBs and they'd get it working. Showed up at about 2pm on a Wednesday with no one waiting. Turns out, the guy behind the counter takes it apart, checks the battery voltage (good) and then cleans the back of the circuit board. A nightmare story of locked keys in my car and no secondary set turned into a bright ray of light. I contacted my locksmith (used for DECADES by all of my extended family). They couldn't get to me in a timely fashion and referred me to ACE UNLOCKS. These folks called me back to verify address within minutes.
