The problem I have is they use the same truck that was sent. If a different truck wasn't sent to tow my delivery vehicle why was I charged a double from what I was quoted? My driver did say it was an Isuzu box truck 350 with cab over engine. Don't know how you can get that mixed up. Just think they're very dishonest.

He was very transparent about pricing and I agreed to have him come out and assess my situation. He arrives promptly, diagnosed my problem on the spot, which was that I needed a starter, for my vehicle. He looks up the part, discusses my options types out and emailed me an itemized statement. I again agreed, he left to go get tools and the part. He arrived back to the location, gets under my vehicle and fixes the issue in no time. My vehicle cranked right up and I was able to continue my day without any more problems. I am pleased how I was given the option to pay cash or from the invoice through my email via card.
