I'm not sure of the guys name, but he came to pick up my truck from my home to tow to Nissan Premier on Veterans. The lady whom I spoke to at Premier Nissan was actually at a call center in a different state. When the guy called me, he had a very nasty attitude about not knowing where to drop my truck off and he made the comment "this is why I don't do jobs like this" (not sure what this means) I tried to explain everything to him that the lady was telling me but his atty was the worst. read more

Mitch, the owner is horrible and rude!!!! He thinks he can talk to people any kind of way! He has zero customer service skills! He approached me with a rude, condescending and arrogant tone from the beginning! Since I didn't oblige to his orders, he decided to verbally assault me and flick me off. As if verbal assault was not enough, he decided to bring race into it! He then tells me that I deserved it. Sir that doesn't work on me. I refuse to publicly argue with anyone! Maybe if he approached me with respect the situation could have been resolved without me having to write such a bad review. I'd also be willing to bet money he wouldn't have not approached me and tried to intimidate me if I was a man! He's a typical racist and sexist tool! I called M&M towing. His number was provided by a automotive repair shop that I needed to get my vehicle to. ...I'm not sure what happened with those other folks (I see two bad reviews), but there are always two sides to a story. Mr. Mitch, the sole owner and operator answered the phone. He was very pleasant and respectful. He was honest, telling me that he was currently on a job and could be there between 45 and 90 minutes. Having been burned in the past, while I had him on the phone I asked him how much it would cost for the tow - he said approximately $85, as long as there were no unforeseen complications. He was at my house within 60 minutes. He was polite and non-confrontational / non-intimidating. He had to push my jeep grand cherokee about 30 feet down the driveway because a tree blocked his truck (he said "you steer, I'll push"); that was nice! Had the car loaded up within 5 minutes and then off he went. The price was as he quoted. So... I had a great experience and asked him for his business cards as I would use him again in the future if need be. I couldn't imagine him being this rude and inconsiderate person as mentioned in the previous reviews... again, two sides to a story. Thanks Mitch! read more
