My car was stolen, recovered by State Police, towed and impounded by R and S Towing. Due to the…read morefact my phones were stolen with my car I wasn't notified by the police right away. When trying to pick up my car the owner wanted to charge over $2,000. The thief got caught but I still lose my vehicle anyway by this bottom feeding loser who owns R and S. Fees are paid by the City of New Orleans if the car was stolen and recovered in Orleans Parish. But because a State Trooper authorized the tow and not the NOPD the owner wouldn't release it or cut me some slack. I suppose Greed is Good for this owner and business. I personally wouldn't do business with this Micky Mouse Company. I know the State Trooper should have had the City tow my car and placed in their lot without charge. I wouldn't doubt if the State Trooper Nazi got a kickback for doing what he did. It's all good.

I have every dollar said I need to pay to get my vehicle. I called before hand letting them know I was stuck in traffic I'd be just a few mins late. They then get to add more money to what you owe for a GATE FEE. But was not told over the phone how much was going to be more. Figured id go around the corner to the atm. Within the when 3 mins it took me to get back from ATM. I mean over 500 dollars but they losing there nuts and screws over 40 dollars. Let I forgot to tell you My dad died about 30 mins before I called to tell them I would be a few mins late. And few I mean like twenty mins. My dad will be cremated Monday afternoon. It is taking every last cent I could get together to pay these people for my car. And now the refuse to come give me my care until Monday. Their for they can charge me for the weekend also. Even though they. Not open on the weekend. And I'm not allowed to get my car. I tried begging and crying to these people. They are the only thing standing in my way to getting to see my dad one last time until I die one day. And all they got to say is. They not coming back. Come back monday . Monday is to late. So when y'all finally read this. I know y'all will remember this. I want you to know none of my pleds tears begging, or the whole situation, was nothing fake or lies It was 100 % the truth.
