I had a great experience at this Penske! I had a one way move planned from Indianapolis to Boston with a reservation booked about a week in advance. I received frequent updates confirming my vehicle's availability and my need for it. On the day of, Aman, a Penske professional, notified me that my truck would be about an hour late. When I arrived, I was offered water and given a significant discount which more than made up for the slight inconvenience. Once the truck arrived, Aman ensured that I fully understood my rental agreement and went through it comprehensively and effectively. Aman also allowed me to pick up the car carrier on the following day, which made loading the truck a breeze. When I picked up the car carrier, Aman helpfully attached the car carrier and went above and beyond guiding me through the process to affix my vehicle to the carrier. I felt confident that I knew how to operate all aspects of the truck and carrier before I left, which was very important to me. Great group of guys working here so I am on my way to Indy and my front end is doing the Goodyear Shake when I get over 45 MPH, so I call the shop here in Indy and tell them my problem and that I need some new steer tires as these are out of balance, and the guy is like I got your answer here a set of tires waiting to be put on your front end so I say ok I am on my way south should be there in about 2 hours, I get there and drop my trailer and pull up into the bay and they are right on my truck and I am in and out of there in less than a hour, I am so happy I stopped in here read more

horrible. we only went here due to a problem with U-Haul and the time frame. it was a later pick up and we needed to start early so I called Penske as all the u hauls were booked. they charged me almost $400 for renting a truck for 8 hours. (keep in mind u haul is $39.99) they said the deposit of $150 would be refunded. it never was. I called and called and they kept telling me to call back, then today they told me they are keeping that deposit due to we didn't fill the tank (yes my husband forgot, long day of moving) so we were punished with $150, $8 gallon for gas for that. when we picked up truck, early to get going, she couldn't find the keys. we sat around there for prob 45 mins... with two small children while she looked for the keys, meanwhile someone else came in and said hello we told him we were waiting for keys, he said oh I bet she needs these and pulled them out of his pocket. it was a huge rip off. always go with u -haul. its just truck man. $400.00 we didn't even have it for 8 hours. read more
