I am very displeased with the service. My son received a used tire on a Sunday in. It caught a flat again that following Tuesday I called to see if I can get it. Replaced not even the money because they took advantage of my son and charged him $275 for a used tire not a new tire. I just wanted a new tire and I couldn't even get that. I placed a call for service very early in the morning (6:00 a.m. ) for a lockout and was told the charge was 100 dollars plus a 3% processing fee, for a total of 103.00 dollars. I was advised that I wouldn't receive service until 8:00 that morning, Not being able to wait, I found a wire coat hangar and was able to get my car door unlocked. I then called Sam's Roadside service to cancel the call and was told that it would take 2 to 3 business days to receive my refund. after nearly a week I called to find out where my refund was, and was told that I had been refunded 80 dollars. When I asked why only 80, and I was told because of processing fees and that the technician had already been dispatched. If the technician had already been dispatched, why was I going to have to wait for 2 hours for their arrival. I was totally ripped off for 23 dollars because I had cancelled the service call within 20 minutes of making the call. While others experiences may have been positive, I'm left with a terribly bad experience with this company. I feel like it's a total scam read more

Requested tire changing service for a 2015 Ford escape with swelled lug nuts in the middle of the day. We were 0.3 miles from the office and waited for 3 hours yet somehow the eta was 15 or 20 minutes every time I called. When the guy answered he just said 5 minutes without even checking with the driver and hung up. My insurance called for assistance at 10:30 pm. I was told someone would contact me when they were on the way and near by. I waited in a parking garage for an hour and a half. I called the main line 3 times. The first two times I called I was told someone would contact me, that was after waiting 30 minutes and one hour. The third time I called I was told, no one is available until 6am. at that point it was after midnight. I left my car in the parking garage. At 5:45am no one was at my car and I still had not been contacted. I called the main line twice before I received any contact with help. Help arrived at 6:12 and Eric was amazing. I called for road assistance through my insurance company. Sam's was dispatching as the servicing partner, my wait time was 90-120 mins. After 30 mins over I called the company to check on the status of the driver. The rude representative transported to the personal conducting work, the phone went to voicemail. I called back explained what happened, she tried to transfer to the again. I explained I didn't want that to happen again. She said she would call the driver, 1 hour passed time I never heard from anyone. As this point I'm waiting 3 hours. I call my insurance company, they contact Sam's, now it's an additional hour to wait. After waiting that hour no one shows up. I call back it's a male representative answering, I let them know someone just called, I called them right back multiple times for 10 mins and no answer. I was told he needs to contact the driver they will call me back. I never heard back. Now it's been over 4 over. I call my insurance back they contact Sam's and Sam's say an additional 45 min. I never received service after waking 5 hours. I was forced to drive on the rim to exit the highway to have a Uber pick me up. Terrible service read more

No worries I had a new Acura, so I just pushed the button above the mirror for roadside assistance and waited, and waited, and waited. I got tired of being on hold, so I called Sams Roadside assistance, they were at my car within 30 minutes and took care of my problem. I made it past the age of 30 without ever having any sort of automotive mishap. Until this weekend. I decided to attack a curb to avoid hitting an animal scurrying across the road. The animal was fine. I'm fine. My poor tire was not fine. Boom. The sound was awfully frightening and I didn't know what to do. I was right around the corner from home, so I was able to very slowly make my way back safely. But here the car sat in the apartment complex parking lot. Inside I sat calling and texting everyone I knew asking if they knew how to change a tire. Welp. I don't. And no one was able or willing to help.
