Would not recommend Macy's towing to my worst enemy. The hour and a half worth of sentry mode footage I recorded of him sitting in the tesla lot after dropping my vehicle sure makes him and macy's tow company look some kind of way.

After the tow, he stayed in contact with me over the phoneto help diagnose the problem with the engine. He was an expert at this too since he's also an ASE-certified master technician. Since I had some auto repair tools and interest, he walked through a tricky diagnosis and we found one faulty fuel injector. Replaced it and vehicle runs great. Another shop thought the head gasket would need to be replaced, which would have been a very expensive repair and not fixed the problem. So Brian with Your Auto Rescue had probably saved me $1000 in repair costs. I'm so very thankful to him for his work with me way beyond the call of duty.

You know it's never a good situation when suddenly your car refused to start. I was stressed out…read moreand in a total shit moment when a used car that I bought suddenly decided not to start up again after it was working until the time I parked at a parking lot of a shop in center city ABQ. I called the car fixing company that I trusted (thanks to C&S Automotive) and after asking me some questions about what I could do for my car to see if it would start (it would not!), they recommended I get my car towed to their shop so they could help take a look....an that's when I looked up on Yelp and called InterCity Towing company. The operator was very kind and understanding. They took the time to politely answer the call, get some information (car type, pickup and drop off places) and give some estimates on what it might cost (REALLY reasonable by the way)...and time it would take to dispatch the towing truck to the place I got stucked (less than 30 min away by the way!). Before 30 minutes passed, Rusty showed up all smiley and friendly. He was quick to determine how to get my car out of the parking lot...let me be a kid to even play with his truck to up and tow my car onto his truck a bit..and poof..we were on the way to my preferred carshop. He was friendly (I learned he has been driving/towing for the past 17 years!!...and talked about some towing drives that he had to make interstate to Florida, etc, too...dang what a life!!!) and genuine and I was very happy I picked InterCity Towing and thankful that I had Rusty who was totally a sweetheart guy to help make me feel like my car situation was well taken care of. At the drop off, he also helped talk to my car shop and pointed out some issues he saw with my car in case the car shop could see if there was a problem with it, too. Customer service is below the most horrible. Our truck was broken into the day after we flew out of abq for thanksgiving week. We had used a park & stay hotel (also would not recommend doing that) and got a call that a window had been broken on our truck. We were out of the country and didn't have any option besides to have the truck towed and stored for the week. My husband made a few calls to try and find someone who would store the vehicle in an indoor space since we had a wide open broken window. J & M said they could do this so we went with them. My husband asked if picking the car up after hours on a Sunday evening would be would possible since that was when our flight arrived and we live 3 hours from the airport and had to be home for work Monday morning. He was told that we just needed to give dispatch a call earlier in the day to arrange the pickup so someone could meet us. So fast forward to Sunday when we are traveling home. My husband calls dispatch a few times and can't get anyone to answer. Finally gets someone on the phone (not who he originally spoke with) and they said no we couldn't pick it up that night. That was annoying, but we couldn't really do much about it and we understood it was maybe not in the norm, although they had said they would when we arranged the tow. So we rented a car at the airport and drove home that night. The next day we have to get our rental car back to the airport so my husband calls J&M to inform them we are heading in from 3 hours away to get our truck. We are told we need to be there by 4:30 or we can't get it. So we make arrangements at work and leave early to go get our truck. We get there to find it has been stored outside in a lot for the week. At this point, my husband is pretty frustrated. He asks to speak to the manager who refuses to even HEAR that someone told us it would be stored inside. Zero conversation or accepting that someone may have misinformed or even that there could have been a miscommunication. He straight said "you're lying" to my husband. Why would we have made that up?? In the end, it cost us $600 to have our car towed 5 miles, stored for 6 nights outside with no window, the additional cost of a rental car, and 6 extra hours of driving. If this company had just been honest and delivered what they promised on the phone, even just the indoor storage, we would have been fine with it all. But two "promises" not kept, a manager that is yelling at my husband that HE is lying about what he was told over the phone, and an astronomical price, I'd take my business anywhere but here.
