I saw that almost every review was 5 stars. There was one person who gave them a 1 star and I know after being in business for over 30 years there is always that one person. So I called ahead to see if there was anything special that I needed to bring with me. The lady on the phone was very helpful. She said that when I got to the location they would set me up. When I arrived it was busy. The young lady working there was working with one customer filling his tanks and another was just ahead of me. When it was my turn she walked me through what I would need (new adaptors so I could use my RV's current hook ups and regulator). She was very helpful and pleasant. She kept everyone in order and was on top of it. I told her that I pick this place because of the reviews and she said that she was proud of doing a good job. She also mentioned the negative review that was posted and said the guy never came to her location. He mentioned the receptionist as being rude and there is no receptionist on sight. Just her and the 2 awesome dogs in the office. Anyway I had an amazing first experience at Affordable Propane from the first call to getting my 2 tanks filled.
