I would never use this company. They are terrible. Their driver parks their commercial vehicle right behind our house illegally while it is running filling up our yards with truck exhaust parking again illegally with your cars on their transport vehicle! I have called this company and complained asking why they are parking commercial vehicles in residential areas and the guy on the phone told me the driver lives there too damn bad if I don't like it literally that's what he said well, I don't like it and I have filed complaints with the state of Nevada and Clark County against this company. We pay our property taxes. We should not have to deal with commercial truck vehicle exhaust in our backyards harming our children. read more

We had never shipped a car before. We were giving an extra car we had to a family member out of state as my vision does not allow me to drive anymore. I asked around locally and looked on the internet but really wanted to find a company that had some recommendations from a reliable and known to me source. I checked with a local dealership I have used for purchases and service for nearly 20 years. They are known for selling nationally because of their volume with a poplar car around here. They have used Accelerated regularly. I called and asked for the procedure to be explained and was given some information which was a bit optimistic for timing as it turned out. But when we realized the complexity of the move, who is home "here" to send the car, as I can't drive, and who is home "there" to receive the car and they work long hours. Also, shipping from Colorado to the Pacific NW in winter is simply not a good idea. We waited until spring and by that time the sales staff at Accelerated had changed, so I spent time explaining and getting information from another agent. Both I dealt with very polite but clearly I did not even know what questions to ask. In the end, we picked some dates and our only driver here shifted his schedule to be available for a pick up window in a given week. Please know, the pick up and delivery windows are very :fluid" depending on availability of the truck driver transfer company to fit into their routes which change with the regional demand. We did the order, the price was within our financial limit. It ended up being a pickup window in which we waited about 8 days, the delivery window was easier to calculate once they got going so it was received within the 3 day estimate. This was an older car so we were not worried about minor scrapes or dirt. Unless you order a covered transport (too expensive and not necessary for the value of this vehicle) just remember, weather happens. Our driver was excellent, stayed in touch by text and took enough time to sleep and eat, so a safer situation than might be common on some highways across the country. He had a smaller rig and only carried 3 cars at a time which allowed him to get closer to the residential addresses than we had expected from the advance warnings. We had made plans for pick up and delivery in nearby large shopping centers as we had been told, but in the end, the driver did not need them. I suspect that is rare. Another family member has shipped a car that required a pick up and delivery in an adjacent town on each end. In some cases this will be entirely likely as the 6-8 car carriers are huge. All in all, this was a decent experience. I do wish the sales staff was more communicative with novices like me, but I suspect they work more with people who do this regularly. But they should remember, it will be a first time for many. read more

Selling cars for a living it can be tough to find a good priced shipping company especially with gas prices where there at right now. I personally have helped at least a dozen customers ship vehicles to there house and so far all of them have arrived in the same condition as they left our lot and on time. The customers generally call around for pricing and stick with Accelerated because they are the least expensive. Only thing I wish is that they had a referral spiff because technically we could send them anywhere. Never the less the lady in sales is very polite & helpful and they always call a few hours before pick up so you can be ready. Keep up the great work! read more

Having a car transported can be a nerve-wracking experience. It was with that in mind that I took a recommendation for Accelerated Logistics. Contrary to the reviews, I was surprised at the excellent service. Rachel was amazing at helping get me scheduled, and when there was an issue with the truck, I was kept informed. The car arrived perfectly in a clean, enclosed truck with a very polite and conscientious driver. I will use Accelerated Logistics in the future. read more

One of their drivers just attempted to run my husband and I off the road, literally would have if it weren't for my husband who is also a truck driver and knew how to recover from the situation. What a great experience from beginning to end. I made one call and found out they could pick up my Nissan Frontier Pro-4X within the week right from a home in Rio Rancho, NM and deliver it to me the next day. They were 1/2 of what the other companies quoted me and delivered it right to my home. I wish that I could give zero stars for the experience with this company.  I had arranged vehicle transport for a cross-country move based on a family member's good experience with shipping a car with them previously.  I made this arrangement with over 30 days notice prior to the end of my pickup window.  I expressed to them that I had a firm deadline for the pickup of the vehicle due to the logistics of the move itself.  They assured me it would be no problem and that they would just start the five-day spread to coincide with the deadline and put a note on the file.  I got a call a full 10 days prior to the beginning of the pickup window from a driver that said he would be there to pickup the car that day.  I called the company to let them know and they informed me that no note was placed on the file, but that the car was designated for pickup ASAP.  They assured me they would fix the issue and put the correct note on the file. I was called about 48 hours before the start of the pickup window by a driver to confirm pickup time and location.  He told me that I would get a final update and confirmation by him 24 hours prior to pick up.  That call never came and when I called the office, they told me that the pickup was cancelled.  This began a daily game of phone calls and minimal information about when the rescheduled pickup would take place.  Multiple calls per day and no answers.  I got within two days of the deadline without any concrete plan and when I finally got ahold of someone in dispatch, I was told that the driver had left without picking up cars and they didn't know if he would be back in time.  They asked for my patience and to call back the following day, when I was told the next time an available driver would potentially (not guaranteed to) be able to pick up the vehicle would be 2-3 days after the deadline, after I would be already out of state. I expressed my frustration with the situation, especially given that I was now down to the day before my deadline to leave, with one person to move two cars out of state.  They repeatedly said that they "understood my frustration" but provided no solution or viable alternative, potentially finding a driver for the day of my departure, but they could not guarantee when or if he would arrive.  They suggested leaving the car with a friend, neighbor, or car dealership and that they could pick it up from there.  I was not comfortable with any of these options, especially since any problems would require a cross-country flight to solve, not to mention that all of it would have to be arranged with a day's notice. Thankfully, I had requested quotes from additional sources prior to entering into the agreement and I was able to make emergency arrangements.  When I informed them that I would not be continuing with the company and requested a refund, the dispatcher (Red) let me know that I would be out a credit card processing fee and I could take it up with accounting.  It took several days to get in touch with someone, leaving messages for multiple people, as the phone system at the company would apparently not let them see if anyone was in their office that day.  When I finally did get in touch with someone, they couldn't process the paperwork but promised to have it done by the appropriate person the following morning.  As was par for the course, this did not happen and several more days worth of calls were required to confirm processing of the refund, minus the credit card fee.  When I let them know that I believed it unfair to not provide service and then rub salt in the wound by charging a processing fee for a situation where no "process" took place, they said it was up to the dispatcher...who had said that the people in accounting would make that decision. They did not "understand my frustration", they did not provide the agreed-upon service, and they had the nerve to charge me a fee for jerking me around on top of all of it.  Had I not sought additional estimates through other companies, I would have been up a creek without a paddle.  Stay away at all costs. read more

Accelerated Services shipped our recently purchased used BMW from a Denver area dealer to our home in Upstate NY. Everything went super smoothly. I have never done anything like this before and was a bit nervous about shipping a high priced car. It actually ended up being easier than buying a car locally, with the car delivered right into our garage! We had good communication, prompt pick-up and delivery, and most importantly, our car arrived in the same shape it left Denver. I recommend them without hesitation. Bud B. read more

Absolutely the worst. Outsourced work to another company, OYA, and someone damaged my car in transit. The company then made nothing but half-witted excuses to not claim any responsibility. Dealership that hired them has vowed never to use again. Avoid at all costs if you care for the car being transported. Ugh. I made the mistake of letting an auto dealership (McDonald VW in Littleton CO) coordinate the shipment of a brand new car to my home in Tennessee. I had no contact with the shipper until delivery. I asked the dealership about getting insurance for the car, "nope, you technically don't own the car until you take delivery; you're getting a brand new car." Great, this should be easy. Delivery was an absolute nightmare. Tried to set up three different locations to deliver the vehicle--couldn't get into parking lots--wound up unloading on the road. Delivery occurred six hours after the coordinated time. Then there was the little accident. Shipper claimed the transmission slipped while loading it on the carrier resulting in a scratch/dent to the hood of the brand new car. Then there was the issue of the hail storm. Shipper drove through a hail storm in OKC. Contacted the dealership--"I hope they don't invoke the act of God clause..." What act of God clause?!?!! I shipped numerous vehicles in a 22 year Air Force career and never had a carrier deny liability for an act of God. When I took delivery of the car, it looked like it had been driven through a tree--leaves all over the car, branches stuck between the hood and the windshield. There was no way to annotate exceptions at delivery either--the driver had an iPad to sign and said he'd turn in a report. Nope, had to contact Accelerated Services myself after the fact. First time I received the bill of lading/contract was after the fact as well. All these repairs took time and forced me to be without my car for an extended period. There is no provision for a rental in their contract. I paid $850 to deliver a brand new car with hail and other damage. The whole ordeal was an absolute nightmare. The dealership deserves a heap of blame here as well, and I've written a separate review noting my displeasure with them, but based on my experience, I wouldn't trust Accelerated Services to deliver a pizza much less a brand new car. read more

Not a positive experience. Most frustrating was the absolute lack of communication regarding the progress of the car transport. I chose this company based on the recommendation of the local BMW dealership in Colorado. Accelerated Logistics was not the least expensive option. While the Accelerated Logistics Auto Transport website claims you can track the progress of your car transport via their website (autotrans.com - track your auto transport), the website did not work for me. After several unsuccessful requests that the website link be updated so I could track my delivery, I eventually reached out to my Accelerated contact and was told "that the truck hauling this load does not have GPS." In other words, I get better tracking from UPS or FedEx for a package delivery than I did for an $80,000 vehicle. At no point during this entire process did Accelerated affirmatively reach out to me to provide an update on the progress and/or any anticipated delays. Basically, once they process your payment, they move on to the next potential customer. All of the information I was able to obtain was the result of my repeated requests for a status update, many of which were simply ignored. I was told initially that the vehicle would be picked up on a date certain and delivered six days later (Colorado to Georgia). On the scheduled delivery date, having had no contact from Accelerated or the driver, I again reached out for an update. After two email inquiries on the day of the scheduled delivery, I was finally told near the end of the day that the delivery date would be delayed by another four days. This is where I find myself today. I have no real confidence that the car will actually be delivered in four more days and I have no idea what the condition of the car will be once it finally arrives. I will certainly update this review once this saga comes to an end, but my experience-to-date ranks as a "one-star" (primarily because Accelerated phone number has not been disconnected and my emails to them are not bouncing back). It just never ceases to amaze me that companies which provide a service (like Accelerated) simply do not understand the concept of customer service and the benefit of frequent communication. Bottom line is that my experience with "Accelerated Logistics" is that the delivery has not been prompt and there has been an absolute lack of logistics. Save yourself the frustration and search out another auto transport carrier. read more
