I spoke with a U-Haul representative they confirmed my reservation and stated the manager ( Bill ) didn't leave instructions for u to pick up the vehicle and stated I would have to come back at 9 .... when I arrived at 9:15 am .... Bill asked me if I had a reservation I said yes ... and he asked for my name which I gave .... and Bill says oh " we just gave your truck away " ... I said well Ungive it cause I had a reservation and Bill says I will call dispatch to find u a truck .... so as I walk out the building to calm down ... Bill comes outside and I asked what was the point in booking a reservation if you just giving trucks away ... Bill says well I'm working on a truck for you ... and I say in response so there's no point in booking a reservation? Bill turns his back and proceeds to walk inside ... so I asked Bill is that how y'all do customers? You turn your back on them when you are in the wrong ? Bill with no answer ... I would never rent here or store anything here ... worst customer service ever

I replied that if they stopped me and gave me a fine, they would respond and he told me no. And just for telling them in an annoying tone that they should do their damn job, they reported me and now they don't want to rent me for expressing my feelings about the situation. It was better when workers with experience and desire to work took care of anything you needed and helped you. Now the young people, especially the manager, are very lazy people who cover what their teammates do.

Literally the worst experience ever…read more Last year I used their services for the first time when I was moving. I rented a 15' truck which moves 1 Bedroom Home - 2 Bedroom Apartment. I paid about $30 plus mileage. First time experience was okay. Since I recently bought a house, I needed to move again. This time I also needed a 15' truck again. When we were almost done, and ready to make a payment the cashier told me I was unable to complete the transaction because I had a "pending payment". Last year when I was returning the truck I asked the cashier if I needed to make any extra payments, she checked and said I was good to go. Now, this guy is telling me that because I didn't pay $1 "environmental" fee from last year, I wasn't able to complete my transaction. But not only that, $1 fee turned into a $50 bill for "LATE PAYMENT". Seriously? I've would have totally paid the dollar if I was informed in first place, but I never was. The lady even said that after returning the truck you have 14 days to make that payment at no extra cost. I am so mad no one informed me before about this, being that part of their jobs. Not to mention everyone in this location is super rude, and try to rush everything. Never again. ESPAÑOL Literalmente, la peor experiencia de mi vida. I had to make my way to this U-Haul location because the previous location I tried had a truck that was completely out of gas. I was thankful this place at least maintained their trucks reasonably well. Getting the truck wasn't too bad of a process. Returning the truck was a total nightmare. The two employees that were working had 0% politeness and 100% attitude. We were supposed to finish the final steps of the return on the app, but the app wouldn't load. Fortunately, one of the employees relented and said he'll finish checking us out and not charge us the extra fee that we were threatened with. It's bonkers that U-Haul can get away with consistently bad service. This is far from the only U-Haul location with terrible staff. I think I'll give Penske the chance to ruin my day next instead of giving this trash company any more of my business.

I requested it for 10am and no one showed up to even unlock the office until 10:20 (business hours say they open at 9?). Was on a time sensitive schedule and this set me back a bit which was unhelpful. I called every number I could find and no one would pick up. Very unprofessional. Very unhelpful. Not using this service ever again. Don't recommend it. At the least, I don't recommend this location. If you're renting a U Haul use a real U Haul location because this was a nightmare and a hassle. Very unimpressed. Whoever owns this should be very disappointed in their service. I will be steering people away from this location.

It was left in the vehicle by mistake in a badge holder. A lot of moving was going on that day and it was missed some kind of way. At the end of the day, the company found what was missing and brought it into the office. When a call was made asking about the whereabouts of ID and everything else, everything was all good. I just had to go pick it up. With that being said, this is an honest company. Everything was there when I went to pick it up.

Came here to rent a truck, of course. Second time coming to this location but came up empty handed…read morethe first time. They didn't have a truck bc we needed bc we were moving the next day but the guy was helpful and gave us number to call corporate. Talked to a lady, and found out they had a truck returned to place we were just at. They only have 16 and 26 footers but the 16 was perfect. The guy was super helpful and pretty darn honest. The truck was exceptionally clean (unlike most uhauls) and didn't smell. Found out they only rent newer trucks (think he said 2007 models or later). Was a very pleasant experience and will be using them again. We only needed the truck for 3 hours and paid $54. Highly recommend!
