BE AWARE. I had a very disappointing experience with Daria. I specifically asked for natural,…read morecool-toned eyebrows that would blend seamlessly with my blonde coloring. Instead, even after the normal healing redness disappeared, the pigment remained brown/reddish, and the strokes look thick and uneven rather than fine, natural eyebrow hairs. The attached photos speak for themselves. The procedure took approximately SIX HOURS. Afterward, I consulted two different PMU professionals. Both told me the work was very poorly done, could not simply be corrected, and that I would first need tattoo removal before having my eyebrows properly redone. Unfortunately, the customer service afterward made the experience even worse. I contacted Daria and asked to come in so she could examine the result. She told me she has a removal technique that could potentially remove some of the imperfections, depending on how the brows looked, while a more extensive problem might require full laser tattoo removal. I asked when I could come in so she could evaluate them. She agreed to give me a time -- and then disappeared for approximately a week. When I followed up frustrated about being ignored, she told me she didn't like my tone and warned that she would refuse to correct her work if I spoke to her that way again. At that point, I no longer felt comfortable allowing her to touch my eyebrows and requested a refund of the $650 I paid so I could have the work removed elsewhere. Instead, she referred to a waiver I had signed and accused me of harassment. I am now pursuing the matter through the appropriate legal process. What concerns me particularly is that Daria also teaches PMU. Based on the work I personally received, I seriously question the technique being taught to other artists. Permanent work on someone's face should be held to a much higher standard.
