Roberto arrived at 10:45 AM -- an HOUR AND FIFTEEN MINUTES late -- and revealed he hadn't even been dispatched until 10:10. It was obvious the office had scrambled at the last minute to find someone, leaving us stressed and frustrated. Three days later, when I asked about the promised refund, the company said they would only credit 20%, directly contradicting their promise of a full refund. This company is not only unreliable, but also dishonest. BlackRide cannot be trusted. They failed on every level -- scheduling, communication, and integrity. Relying on this company is a gamble you will likely regret.
