Quiet, secure, restaurants galore within a few minutes walk, the beach virually across the street. The jacuzzi, essetially just off the rear balcony, is a terrific amenity, especially at night when you can soak under the stars. There's also a pool and small gym. Staff was excellent. Easy check in and check out. Good communication and response. Apartment is well furnished and supplied. Furnishings are not high end, but very nice all the same. Highly recommended.

Denni was our main contact, and she is a steady, confident presence in the face of many an apartment hunting adversity. And, let's be real, who has found a new apartment without a little drama-rama? We too felt the pressure of being admitted into a building, finding a good view, and closet size to match. Amazingly, Denni hit the mark with the first place she showed us. Now, being difficult clients, we made her drag us to about ten other places before we ironically chose to rent first place we viewed. Husband and I were living out of suitcases, and Denni not only negotiated the lease for us, she pushed the move in date so that we could stop shelling out cash for crappy hotel rooms. Hoo-ray, Denni! Denni isn't all business though, through casual conversation she will help newbies (like us) learn the ins and outs of living in Miami. Such as parking, valet, the social scene, traffic, etc. After we moved into our place we agreed that the whole time we secretly wanted to invite Denni over to kick back with a beer on our great new patio. Alas, we think Denni is too busy (and likely too classy) working hard to help other Miami residents find an amazing new place. Did a fckin HURRICANE go through this townhouse???? - there was NO DISHWASHER SOAP, so a lot of the dishes and glasses were DIRTY and had a FILM. - the SHEETS were DISGUSTING, they were COVERED WITH STAINS (See Pic)!!! - the 'WHITE' bath mat in the bathroom was now GRAY with YELLOWISH SPOTS! Time to hit up Target for a new mat, MICHAEL SUMMERS (the manager that NEVER RESPONDED to the emails/calls)! - there were extra pillows, but NO PILLOW CASES. PILLOWS were covered in some SECRETION you don't want to know about (See Pic). - there is a MISSING DOOR on the downstairs SHOWER, not in a swanky boutique hotel kind of style but in a "GHETTO, YOU NEED TO FIX THE SHOWER DOOR ahole" kind of style! - CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS HORRENDOUS! Called AND emailed for soap, garbage bags and to follow up on the extra key and NO ONE RESPONDED. - CINDY, (putting her on blast for NOT SHOWING UP) said she'd bring by the spare key, so WAITED AROUND FOR A COUPLE OF HOURS before giving up and going out. She NEVER SHOWED UP! Someone needs to take a class in PROFESSIONALISM....oh and yeah, BRING Michael Summers with you! - they ADVERTISED the place slept 10 but failed to mention that 2 WOULD SLEEP IN AN AIR BED!!! Told the representative that due to our ages, mid 70S and medical issues, we weren't interested. He left and returned with the owner. The owner offered us a 2 -year membership plus an Alaskan cruise, 2 airfares and 2 nights in a hotel in Seattle. So we signed up. The following week, I looked in the package for the information for the Alaskan cruise, it was there. I contacted the rep who was going to check on it. When after 3-4 days and I didn't hear from him, I contacted the owner. He sent me the brochure for the cruise. No information on the airfare or hotel, so I contacted him again and finally got it. I paid the activation fee for the Caribbean cruise and tried to make reservations and after several go rounds, they refunded the fee and said they no longer deal with the travel company. Then I investigated the Alaskan cruise which also required an activation fee and $499 per person. I texted the owner Robert several times and requested a refund an to cancel our membership. He stated he would try to resolve the issue. No heard back from him. Sent 2 more texts requesting cancellation and a full refund. No response. STAY AWAY
