Maintenance and Cleanliness Issues: Upon arrival, I discovered a group of large ants swarming on the bathroom floor. The unit also suffered from a slow-draining sink and lacked basic supplies, including a toaster, dishwasher, and onsite laundry facilities. Despite being a rental unit, we initially had to request basic essentials like bath towels, hangers, and eventually even toilet paper. Furthermore, the heated pool was unavailable during our stay. Communication and Amenity Discrepancies: Communication with property management was difficult because their office is closed over the weekend, which is highly inconvenient for guests checking out early Monday morning. There was a significant discrepancy regarding the welcome email; although management claimed it contained all necessary details, I never received it and had to call to obtain the initial door code. Other notable issues included: * WiFi: Instructions and passwords were not provided in the unit. * Beach Access: We never received a fob for beach access. While management pointed to a public pedestrian walkway, the Key Biscayne Beach Club was restricted, and the Grand Bay Club was only available Tuesday through Friday. * Appliance Use: There were no instructions provided for the convection oven, requiring a staff member to come to the unit to explain its operation. Disturbing Payment Dispute: The most concerning part of the stay occurred on our final night. Due to issues processing my credit cards and my inability to pay in person while at a festival, the property manager sent a photo of police officers in the building hallway, stating, "The police are here" and "I need the payment today". Management also appeared to withhold access to the unit, stating they needed a photo of an authorization card and ID "for me to open the door". I was eventually forced to send a text authorization and payment confirmation for $2,375.02 while away from the property just to resolve the situation. Conclusion: Given the pest issues, lack of basic kitchen amenities, and the high-pressure tactics involving law enforcement over a payment timing dispute, I cannot recommend this property. I requested a credit of $100 per night due to these many discrepancies, but management's response remained unprofessional throughout the process.

There was a small kitchen with stove, microwave, and sink that was outfitted with the essentials: plates, cups, wine glasses, etc. A large fridge was also available which housed all of our leftovers as we dined about the island and Miami. There was on-site parking available too. The amenities perfectly supported every vacation need. The infinity pool in the center was the perfect temperature for a dip daytime or evening. Lounge chairs and tables surrounding it to relax. The Beach Haus also has access to two beach clubs! As a guest, you can access the beach via the club up the street. A five minute walk with chairs and umbrellas for everyone to use. There is also access to the beach club at the Ritz Carlton. A few blocks over, but with an outdoor pool, restaurant, and beachside drinks available. Above and beyond my expectations for amenities. Elizabeth manages Beach Haus and she was absolutely fantastic. She was very responsive, super helpful, and so kind. Even before we got there, her messages and information put me at ease. We cannot wait to book our next trip here.

My only comment is more storage or counter space would be nice in the bathroom as the vanity itself is tiny, and the 1/3 shower wall means that water gets everywhere the second you turn the shower on. The front desk offers complementary beach towels and chairs and has cold water and coffee available inside. The beach was super close - less than a 2 minute walk! We checked in after midnight and the auditor was pretty slow, but got us in the room in the K building. Parking was CRAZY expensive - $70 per day... we chanced it and didn't get a ticket parking out front for 3 days. But definitely include this in your budget for travel during busy season.

You will only start to notice after you have a problem that takes more than 1 second to resolve. I was here for months and months before I noticed their pattern. Do not want to work. It's like, 'yes, I wish that for you too, that you could retire'; unfortunately I do need the services that I'm paying for to be completed. It's not cheap here. These folks would be in for a shock if they tried to work elsewhere (e.g. New York or even developing countries I've visited). They would not make it. Nothing happens unless you prompt it: "ok you've noted the issue, but you're not gonna be here tomorrow. So are you going to let someone else know?" Staff: "oh ok I'll tell such and such" 0 follow-through. They'll tell you that "they have a meeting right now" and will do such and such to address your problem after. *Crickets*. DONT FU*I*NG Stay HERE…read more I Decided to stay here because i was getting a house built in the north Miami area and it was very close by i was there for about 5 months with no issues , i paid them never gave them any problems i was Quiet and out the way all of a sudden water started leaking from walls , they had horrible plumming issues and bugs of so many kind starting to arrive they never tried to compensate me for there bad service or work with me instead they kicked me out and wouldn't allow me to chk in they claimed it was because I payed late but i worked nights so i would sleep throughout the day but i never gave them problems when it came to paying i just want whoever the owner is to know thAT hes an ass and be prepared to deal with all kinda shit when booking here

However, I chose this hotel because it is a literal block away from the convention center and I'm lazy. Aside from the condition of the hotel, the staff here were genuinely so kind and helpful even through my brief interaction with them.
