Now I'm being charged over $300 for that specialist that they claimed I desperately needed to see.

I got seen very quickly. Everyone was nice and helpful. Hopefully I'll be feeling better soon now that I got some medicine!

Long wait times. Doctors order unnecessary tests. I wont go back to Pentucket Medical even for a band aid.

We arrived at the Emergency Department at approximately 4:15 AM, and after an incredibly long wait, we were still there at 11:22 PM. I understand that emergency departments can become extremely busy and that wait times can vary based on patient needs. However, what concerned me most was not only the length of the visit, but the lack of communication, urgency, and compassion we experienced throughout the day. Earlier in the day, my boyfriend was seen by Dr. Dylan. Unfortunately, despite being in significant pain, his care seemed unnecessarily delayed. His CT scan and IV treatment were not initiated until after the shift change, leaving him waiting for hours while continuing to suffer. It felt as though valuable time had been wasted instead of moving forward with the necessary testing and treatment. Later, Dr. Schyla Wante came in to speak with us. She asked whether my boyfriend had health insurance. Since we were visiting from another state, I politely asked if she could check whether his MassHealth insurance was on file in the system. Instead of answering my question or attempting to assist, she responded, "I don't know, you need to ask him," and walked away while I was still speaking. I found this interaction to be dismissive, unprofessional, and lacking the compassion that patients deserve, especially in an emergency setting. As someone who previously worked in a hospital in Miami, Florida, I understand that healthcare professionals work under pressure. However, patient care is about more than providing medical treatment--it also includes communication, respect, empathy, and making patients and their families feel heard. Those qualities were noticeably absent during much of our experience. I would also like to recognize Nurse Becca, who was the one staff member who consistently demonstrated kindness, professionalism, and excellent communication. She made an otherwise frustrating experience much more manageable, and I truly appreciate the care she provided. I hope this feedback is taken seriously. Patients come to the emergency room scared, in pain, and looking for compassionate care. While I understand that delays can happen, there is no excuse for poor communication or dismissive behavior. I encourage the hospital to review this encounter and continue working to improve patient relations and the overall patient experience.

How could a hospital not have Vaseline? It took 20 hours from point of entry to actually see an ER Dr who had no idea of how to treat me. Stay away.

Kristin was so understanding and scheduled my sessions with Karina. I'm not a very religious person by Karina was my angel. She helped my son go from waking 6+ times a night to only 2! Fast forward to my son being 12 months old, I was so impressed with Karina that I asked if she could sleep train my son (honestly thought that was going to be impossible). My son was sleeping through the night within 5 days.. 5 days can you believe it! I owe everything to Karina and Kristin. Not only did they help me in a time of need, Karina has become a confidant (something I really need being a first time mom). She has even given me advice about transitioning from the crib to toddler bed. If you are considering a night nurse or even sleep training, I cannot recommend Nightingales enough. You will not be disappointed!!

The folks at Nightingale were extremely organized and professional. And the newborn essentials guide has been really helpful over the last few weeks. The true star has been our nightingale, Trisha. She was extremely caring of our baby AND of me (e.g. she regularly showed up with baked goods like lactation cookies). Moreover, she was very accommodating and professional, which helped us to trust our baby and our home to her. Seriously, Trisha is the best.

I had I give a star in order to write the review but it's fake like this Dr. Gorn office. So my PCP…read moresince I was 18 shut there doors and I was desperately looking for a small practice for both my kids and myself. My reasoning for even considering this practice was because it was small an I thought I would have great communication with the providers and so on. Well wasnt I in for a surprise. First they lost my medical records when they got there.. it took me 2 weeks to get in for my daughters excema flare up ..then my daughter got bit by a tick I was calling for 2 days for an appointment ended up taking her to urgent care..it was always something no one did any work there, even to refill a script it took 4 days just to talk to someone I couldn't understand.. I tried to schedule a school physical for my daughter for 2 days again with no call back and when I finally got someone one on the phone they said not till October even after I stated my daughter will not be able to start school until she has one they said that's all we got .I was upset and asked that the doctor or office manger to call me back. Then I got a call from a NP stating I'm rude to his staff and that cant happen but not returning pt calls and having his staff schedule months out even if its important like starting school can happen ..ok I get it we pay idots to run your pts out.. This happens all the time you can never get someone on the phone and when you do they dont speak English!! I am Porto Rican and still couldn't understand them ever but I did always feel the rudeness and them just hating there job.. office manager same not the brightest star!! Nonenglish speaking as well.. Dr .Gorn only in the office 2 times a month per office staff. The NP my daughter loved left because straight from the horse mouth the staff is lazy and I'm sorry but they have no clue what they are doing and I'm pretty sure not one of there medical assistant are certified. Shame on Dr. Gorn for letting his staff treat his patient in such a manner.. I'm sure he has no clue since he is never in the office.. This office is for older spanish speaking patients with early dementia that dont mind rude, long nasty neon green nails, eye rolling, no return calls, or appointment schedule, attending to Instagram on office time, lazy medical assistant and I use the term lightly.
