Literally all i can say is she listens to what you want! If you don't like something just tell her, she will make changes. Her prices are very reasonable and her lashes with good care, can easy go 3 weeks (that's me though, i know people can go longer). Very sanitary wears a mask and requests for you too. (Which I'm totally ok with) So when making an appt, i just text her and she comfirms. She does require a deposit, which is understandable too. I provided her with my design inspiration and she executed it wonderfully. The place is clean and located in a developing asian shopping plaza. Plenty of parking. I would highly recommend this place. I love that they were receptive to my inquiry and ideas. Helpful for a somewhat inexperienced nail salon girlie. They were not pushy at all! I was always hesitant of going to nail salons bc they would always try to upsell or force you into doing more. Not here. Whatever I asked for, they delivered. I also only wanted to file my nails and keep my natural nail length as much as possible. I had jusy chipped one of my nails and she was able to file it beautifully so shape it to be less noticeable. I will definitely be back for the peace and no-pushy vibes. They took their time and really value their work. My mani and pedi session did take 2.25 hrs.

I've put up with getting my lashes snagged/pulled on at other lash appointments and having my lashes glued together causing pain & discomfort when I blink. With Stephanie, my appointments are always pain-free and pleasant. And when the false lashes fall out, it doesn't take my lashes along with it. Stephanie takes her work seriously and has great pride in her creations. Even 6 weeks after my appointment, I was getting compliments on my lashes still. I returned to my regular place in Houston for my refill (since Stephanie is in San Diego) and my lash girl was surprised at how good my lashes look at 6 weeks. She told me I could wait longer for a refill if I wanted since they still look so good. Got my lashes done a couple days ago for the first time at this salon. I was happy with my lashes…read moreand the service, but my eyes burned after the appointment. My technician told me to sit in front of the fan more, so i did, but they started burning again shortly after. It stopped after about 20 minutes. I made sure not to get them wet for the first 48 hours. I took a shower today and my eyes are completely bloodshot red. Again this has never happened to me before and ive gotten my lashes done several times. I called Spectrum Lashes to let them know and the receptionist said it could be the weather or a bug in my eye... no its definitely the lashes. Their technique or the adhesive they used absolutely caused this. Not sure if other people had a similar experience, but i will absolutely not be coming back here.
