I usually go to Sunita but she wasn't available I went to jasmine the first time and she actually did a great job. so I when I went back I went to jasmine again and she completely ruined my brows before my birthday and also cut me. This is my favorite place to come for eyebrow and facial threading. Sunita is careful and thorough, and makes the process comfortable and fast. I bring my daughter here for lip and brow waxing as well as she prefers that over threading. First time getting the whole face threading . I didn't catch her name but the lady helping me was super friendly and gentle. I knew it was going to sting but it wasn't bad after it was finished . The aloe afterwards felt nice and cool. Did notice I still had some hairs left on my upper cheek bones as well as on my chin so that's why I did 4 stars. I'll make sure to go bare faced without sunscreen next time that will help get all the hairs. read more

She perfectly shaped my eyebrows and the threading process and was gentle and quick. Sanita also gave me a much needed haircut and helped fix a previous bad chop job. About four months ago the place I go get my eyebrows done had a new girl and she messed up the threading and scarred my eyebrow. She kept telling me "don't touch them, let it grow out and we will reshape." Every time I went back she criticized me for messing up her work and I legit didn't touch it. My eyebrows got grossly over grown but never grew in the spot she messed up and it was embarrassing me... Last night I had enough. I got the courage to Google and find a new place. The girl who helped me was named Seema and when I saw my eyebrows I went "oh my god" and almost started crying. She thought she messed them up. I had to explain to her over and over she did not but she renewed my confidence. I didn't have to wear my glasses to cover up my giant, inconsistent caterpillars anymore. She made me feel beautiful again haha. It's silly how something that simple affects you! I really enjoyed their customer service and they even give you a brow massage after. I called around 3pm and was able to get an appointment later that evening. I was there for about 1.5hrs for a skin polish and facial with Sunita. She was really nice and although she had to finish up with another customer she took her time getting me started on the facial polish and finished with her other client while the polish did its thing. During the facial she explained what she was doing which I really appreciated. The only thing I wish I knew beforehand was that they won't do extractions on acne breakouts. Unfortunately I'm going to have to go to elsewhere for that but I would still come here for facials or skin polish in between those. The only thing I would want next time is some type of calming music in the facial rooms. read more

I recently moved to Sugar land and I was extremely skeptical to trust anyone with my eyebrows but my mother in law insisted I go to Samira, and guess what, I've never looked back! There's probably a beauty salon at every nook and corner of SL but I drive for about 18 mins to get to Samira. I don't think I can trust anyone else with my brows and waxing needs.
