She then comes in and says the massage is $100, I explain the situation and show the receipt and she refuses to accept it or any form of credit. After arguing with me for a good 5 minutes I agree to pay her myself. We proceed with the massage and during, not once, but TWICE she LEAVES the massage to go talk to walk in clients. This entire time I'm contemplating what to tip. I always tip, usually 20% when I really enjoy it. In this case although I'm displease with everything, I decide on 10%. I go to pay fill out the receipt and she takes it and looks at it and scoffs then gasps and says "ugh you're costing me money!" Honestly I was so stunned I didn't have any words. Please be cautious if you buy a gift for someone. We lost out on that gift massage, and just poor professionalism. Keep your appointments, honor your massages, avoid interruptions, be grateful for tips. This is not cheap experience.
