My regular nails compared to what I actually got

I went in for a regular dip, medium leaf coffin, nail, and I ended up with something completely something else I explained and showed the pictures of what I always get at my normal salon and I ended up with my nails broken as soon as I left, and I will be soon. I'm never going back bc it cost $150 for nothing and will be suing

We booked the day before and got in as a group of three for manicures and pedicures. The service was amazing. They have since upgraded all of their setup so the chairs are so comfortable and the manicure desks are bright and clean! My nails were done by Miss Nancy. I loved the look of my nails and the design done! I asked for something and she free handed it. I am in love!!! I recommend her for sure!! When I have had a nail chip, she was the one I went to and got it fixed. I love the customer service here! I know nail salons typically carry a heavy smell of acetone upon entrance but that is not the case here. It is very clean!! Go go go! I attached a picture of what I asked for and what she actually did! Love Nancy and her skill!

My daughter is graduating soon so she needed her nails done. We loved the relaxing music and decor. Tammi was amazing! Another great mani/pedi by Tammy. She was able to painlessly take care of an ingrown toenail. Overall a great experience as usual. I have done walk-ins and all the techs have been great but I still schedule ahead so I can have Tammy take care of me.

Took my little sister in for her nails. The photos will speak for themselves. What she asked for vs what she got. We went elsewhere to get them soaked off immediately afterward. If the woman wasn't skilled enough to perform a French manicure, she should have stated that so we could've gone elsewhere and received something worth $65.

A young lady named Nancy took care of me and did my nails. She did a really great job. I enjoyed doing the dip and I even got a mini massage at the end. I was also explained why dip is healthier for my nails which I appreciated since I had no knowledge on what dip was or why it was used. I will definitely be coming back! I would also like to include that this salon was very clean when I arrived and since I was one of the last clients there I was able to see their cleaning process for closing and let me tell you, THEY DEEP CLEAN!

The foot/leg massage was heaven with my pedicure and the shoulder and neck massage was great too during the manicure. They offered quality service. They went above and beyond to ensure I was happy with my nails since I wanted my shape to be more rounded as to not poke my newborn. I traveled over 30 minutes to meet my friend here, and it was worth it. I can tell why she is a regular here.

I came in for a pedicure. The end result does look good, but I was disappointed by the massage and callus removal. The pressure on the massage was feather light. The callus removal was very quick and so light that it tickled. I was also surprised by the wait time given that I had an appointment. But again, I felt that polish looks good. read more

The quality of their work is abysmal at best. The dipping powder full set I got started cracking and chipping less than a week after getting them done. The pics I've attached were taken today (2/22/26) and it's only been a out 3 weeks since I got them done. The vibe was very old fashioned and quiet and that's not my kind of place. read more

I got my nails done here about a week and a half ago and the shape and everything looked fine. However, after a couple of days, my thumb nail cracked and other nails did throughout the week. I believe it's because the person who did my nails made them super thin. On top of this the person that did my nails didn't necessarily give me options to choose from. I had a certain color on that I wanted again and she was just pulling different powders and the one that I thought looked very similar to the color turned out not to be that color. I'm really disappointed in how they turned out. I do not recommend coming here to get your nails done at all. read more

I'm not sure if the lady who did my nails was new, but I left with more hang nails than I arrived with. The dip she used was chipping off a few days after the appointment. I just really don't recommend this place. It's a fancy neighborhood so I thought they'd be alright. I was wrong and wasted money here. read more

I'm so bummed! This was my absolute favorite place to get my toes done. They have updated the look however I was stunned that the person could not do a basic design...just a flower. Then could barely do a French pedicure. I have always had the best service and today was so shockingly poor. The massage, callus scrub...the overall experience was very below expectations. Maybe because she was older. A nice person but poor skill set. The owner was rude, which I had never experienced. The husband was very kind and I shared with him. I always leave great tips because I know they work hard but I couldn't do this. I'm going to have to do a polish change at another place. read more

"Nailed it!" should be their slogan. Knew I'd have to wait a bit at my usual place and was feeling impatient, so decided to try someplace new - REALLY enjoyed this nail salon! No wait, their massage chairs are FABULOUS! I didn't know there could be that big a difference b/t chairs, but these had this wonderful kneading-only setting that went up and down the entire back and it felt awesome. I partook in a deluxe spa pedi and a basic manicure - The pedi was great and came with a hot-towel wrap AND a stone massage. My gal (Kim?) was METICULOUS with my basic mani - I don't think I've ever had someone pay such attention to my cuticles, which is mui appreciated by me, since that's the primary reason for getting a mani. I even decided to have my fingernails painted (for like the first time in a decade) - Going to a Marci gras party this next weekend, so felt my favorite "unicorn" color (pink, but turns blue-purple in different lighting) would be appropriate for my soon-to-be parting hands - And I was right! LOVE it! Also love the fact that my gal didn't talk to me - I got to just relax and play games on my phone and not have to worry about small talk - Some are fans of chatty-Kathy's - I am not. In fact, the whole place was joyously quiet and peaceful. Total (sans tip) was $50, so right on par with other salons. I saw several regulars come in, so I know they've got repeat fans, and glancing at their "fancy" mani work, deservedly so! Nail it Salon definitely nailed it! HIGHLY recommend! read more

Walk ins welcome, but not immediately available. Clean and quiet salon. I got a pedicure for $48 that included a sugar scrub, complete cleaning/trimming/shaping, heal exfoliation, lotion massage, hot stones, paraffin wax, and hot towels over another layer of lotion. My favorite place to go to! I love the staff especially Bailey and Tammy! Both are amazing people as well as everyone else. They meet all of our needs and all of our expectations. I love talking to them and learning about the pros of doing dipping powder vs acrylic nails. (They do NOT do acrylic nails btw) It's best to have an appointment set than to do walk ins because they are such a high volume/high traffic nail salon for their great quality! Definitely recommend!!! read more

I have been going to this salon for years and they have always been consistent on their work. I love that they take their time and I feel like I get to really relax and unplug when I'm there. Everyone is so friendly and careful. I urge you to make an appointment instead of a walk-in because otherwise you're competing with regulars and they have a LOT of regulars. read more

Nail It takes online bookings, telephone bookings, and walk-ins. They send out reminders for upcoming appointments which is so nice. This is a nice, relaxing salon with great atmosphere. Book with Bailey. She'll take awesome care of you! read more

I received the worst set of nails in my life from this salon. I got them done for vacation and one broke literally 3 hours after getting them. I was able to go get it fixed that day before leaving but the very next morning while I was away on vacation another nail broke while washing my hair! I was doing nothing strenuous, nothing they should have caused these nails to break. They were just poorly done and poor quality. The day I got back from vacation I wanted to get the nail fixed but they gave me such a hassle and I had to wait 2 days. After that correction the VERY NEXT DAY another nail broke while eating dinner and barely tapping it against a plate. I went to get that fixed and these people were already taking so much time away from me and they charged this time for the repair. I was quoted a price and they charged me more once I was there but I paid it went about my way. The VERY NEXT DAY 2 nails broke. One while opening a cabinet and one while buttoning jeans. These nails were awful and brittle and literally lasted for less than a week. The pedicure I received was also subpar and the eyebrow wax was a joke. It looked like nothing had been done. I wasted over $100 here and they should have offered to completely fix their poor work but did not. I will not be back and will find a new salon that takes more pride in their work. read more

Even though the store has "walk-ins welcome" on the window, they in fact do not welcome walkins. I came in at 5, they close at 7 and they declined a walk-in since we didn't have an appointment. Other customers came in after and they were accepted to be taken care of. Deff disappointed as the reviews were good, which is what brought me here. read more

I have always done threading instead of waxing because it is much cheaper and my skin seems to react better to it, so I had put off coming here for a long time. However, after a few questionable threading sessions at the mall, I decided to start taking better care of my brows and give this place a try. I'm so happy I did because the results have been incredible. To start your journey to perfect brows - The first thing you need is a brow mapping. The aesthetician here will measure out your face and draw on lines to make sure the spacing and angles are perfect and symmetrical. This is a bit more expensive than the normal eyebrow waxing, but you definitely need it. After this initial appointment, the brow maintenance waxes are a bit cheaper. They are really great about not over waxing and they will leave places alone that need to fill in a bit before your next appointment. I recommend scheduling maintenance brow waxes about every five weeks to keep your brows on track for success. They have online scheduling through their website and it's very easy to use. You will need to pay a deposit of half the price when you make the appointment online. So for normal brow maintenance waxes, you pay $12.50 at the time you schedule the appointment and another $12.50 once the appointment is complete. Make sure you are able to make your appointments because they are very strict about refunds. This stresses me out, but I understand why it's a necessary policy. I have heard good things about most of their aestheticians. I have always used Jenn for my brows just because she had availability back when I initially made my first appointment. She's wonderful, but I think you can't go wrong with anyone here. They are also taking really great COVID precautions. They have opened up to masked appointments only, with clients waiting in their cars and texting when they arrive. Only one client is in the salon at once. They are being super safe and sanitary so you don't need to worry about putting off making an appointment any longer! Please please please for your own sake just start coming here for your brow needs.

I traveled to Oklahoma City in from Denver, CO and wanted to get my nails done and was calling around for a nail shop to do silk nails and I called 6 shops and 2 of them didn't answer and 1 of them told me to create an appointment on their website and 3 others couldn't understand me and eventually said they didn't do silk nails. I almost gave up and then I called NailIt Salon and they understood me and said they did not do silk nails, but that I had to try the newest thing which is powder nails and they talked me into it and I walked out very happy with my beautiful nails! Tammy has been doing my solar nails for several years now and does an amazing job! I have always been pleased with how natural they look. She makes sure that they are nice and thin. Her new shop is beautiful and conveniently located, plus it's open 7 days a week! Nail It is nicely decorated and always clean! You will be offered something to drink while you are being pampered. I had the pedicure with the paraffin wax and it was amazing! There is a nice variety of colors to choose from. You can even show your team spirit with a design! Nail It is the only place in OKC I'll have my manicure, pedicure and brow wax done. I'm a Registered Nurse and even with ALL the hand washing I do, somehow Tammy's polish stays on! I've never had a better pedicure anywhere, and the prices are definitely reasonable. The salon is immaculate and all of their products are top notch! I don't trust just anyone with my eyebrows (I have some scars from a childhood dog bite) but Tammy never fails to make me beautiful!
