I called this nail salon to see if I could come with my daughter-in-law in 10 minutes as I live close. I was told no but 30 minutes would work. I told the young lady on the phone that wouldn't work. I thanked her and hung up. A few minutes later the salon called back and said that they could take us in 10 minutes. We got there and I was seated right away and the technician began my Delux Manicure. My daughter-in-law wanted gel so she had to wait. NOT what I was told. Long story short--while I was being served the technicians appointment came into the salon, said she was a few minutes early, and this prompted the person working on my manicure to speed things up. I can say that this polish job was one of the worst ones I have ever had. I will give her credit. Before her, I am assuming, regular client came in I got a great hand, arm and upper back massage. But this was not worth the $30 I paid for a manicure I had to go home and redo. I cannot recommend this shop. I can only speak to my pedicure experiences, but Paris Nail Salon has to be one of the best values for pedicures, insofar as my limited pedicure experience is concerned. Regardless, I think they're outstanding because: 1. The technicians (is that the correct term? I dunno) don't phone it in. They go to town on my feet, and make me feel like a king. Because real life royalty would be having their feet massaged with hot stones while drinking Diet Coke in a nail salon... in Oklahoma for $35, right? That's kingly in a super sad sort of way, I guess. 2. Paris' prices are relatively comparable to other similar salons, but as previously mentioned, they add nice little touches like hot stone massages and whatnot, which makes me like PNS more than others. 3. And they take their time. It's not a rushed experience, where it's just about getting your money out of your hands, and your butt out of their seats as quickly as possible. They have really friendly employees. And they're not friendly in that phony way, where you can tell they're just talkin' you up in the hopes that it'll make you tip more. I literally have no complaints. Well never mind, I have one complaint. The massage chairs are not the best (i.e. they're a bit outdated). As a result, they're somewhat limited in their massage options/capabilities. But the staff pick up the slack where the chairs are mechanically phoning it in. Get some kingly chairs, Paris. But keep those prices in that lower-middle income space though, mmkay? Ima be back soon. read more

I stopped in for a fill recently as I didn't like the first place that did mine and they refused to follow up or want to do anything to make it right. I've been here before and it's ok. The greeter was very friendly and kind. The nail tech was angry or something and hurt me pretty badly with the electric drill. Overall it's ok and they did a nice job but could tell it's a place of push through as many people as you can kind of place. It is smaller so not near as bad as some of the larger places that function like that. read more

So I haven't gotten a pedicure in a while. My sister passed and life stopped for a second. I came here because I had free time for the 1st time in a while. I wanted to find the place that will be doing my daughters and I nails and toes for our upcoming vacations. So I was doing some trail runs. Furthermore, I did not like my experience here. Since it's been a while, my feet weren't in the best of shape but they were bad. The lady made a big fuss about my heels. So much so that she took out a big piece of newspaper and put it under my feet. I was so embarrassed and felt so bad. I'm human and dealing with grief hasn't been the easiest thing for me. This experience made me want to crawl in a hole and never come out again. I practically ran out of there after apologizing to the lady because she made it seem like I did something wrong. I hate to admit that I rarely get my nails done, but with my sister in town, my mom wanted to take us somewhere special to get pampered. I happened upon this salon because of the great reviews and their availability. We all felt very well taken care of and the ladies did an excellent job on our fingernails and toenails. My sister even found one of her nails peeling later in the day and called them and they happily fixed it for her. The prices were average and the basic pedicure includes a sugar scrub and massage. They do an excellent job of getting dead skin off your feet and making you feel relaxed and comfortable while doing it. The saloon was pretty quiet and on the smaller side. There was nothing super extravagant but seemed clean and the staff was very friendly. The only critiques I would have is that they did not offer us a drink and they did not show us the remote to the chairs so we did not realize they had massagers until close to the end. We were 5 minutes late so they could have been in an hurry which could have explained it. Another interesting thing that happened was that I chose my color beforehand (pink) and my lady put on a different color (teal). Fortunately I loved the color but she also did not seem to understand anything I was saying to her. I also told her about a cut on my calf and she still scrubbed it which really hurt. Overall, they did a great job on our nails, but I would probably not chose this location again because of a few of the mentioned issues plus there are cheaper options at comparable salons. read more

I started getting nail services here about three months ago - never very friendly but close to home and Larry did quality dip nails so I continued to have my nails done here- just kind of wait and see. Well, this week I have had two nails break- it happens! When I went in to have the second repair the owner, host whatever the lady in semi-formal attires job description is immediately started being rude, loud talking in front of other customers asking "What did I do?" "Do you know that you have to be careful?" Not sorry that happened or even better- say nothing the way they usually act and just repair the nail! A little self-care never hurt anybody, right? Well, it entirely depends on who's administering that care because you may end up like me (i.e. in terrible pain due to somebody shearing your toenail like they were hedges). My pedicure started out nice enough, but I knew something was wrong the moment my pedicurist finished my right big toe nail. The lady kept cutting deeper and deeper until I saw my skin split and bright red coloring flushed the area. I think she only stopped because I audibly winced. She was quick to get my foot back into the water so I didn't notice any pain immediately...it only came later that night. The next 4 days were a blur of pain, limping, cursing, swelling, improper sleep, antibiotic ointments, and gauze. Other than the botched pedicure that took place, my visit was otherwise very pleasant. Paris recently installed new massage chairs, so that was nice. And the employees, including my pedicurist, were very friendly. My pedicurist also did a great job with my foot massage (Praicy's pedicurist seemed less committed to the act). I'm trying to remember other details I liked but, you know, it's hard for me to remember the nice stuff when the important memories center around discomfort and throbbing tenderness. I'm sure 99% of the time you'll have a great time at Paris, I was just the outlier this time. And I may stop by again, but probably only when the memories of the pain feel less jarring and I tell myself that it probably wasn't as painful as I remember (note to self: it was as painful as you remember). read more

Everyone is friendly. The salon is very clean and beautiful. Tina did the best job I have ever seen on both my pedicure and manicure. I am truly great elf and impressed. I've been to this establishment quite a few times, but I was utterly disappointed this last trip. There is no reason why my super simple full set should take 2.5 hours to do. The crazy part was my sister got a pedicure, removal of previous dipping powder, then another set and still made it out before me. Not only did she make it out, had time to pick up my niece from school, stop for braums and still came back to wait another 15 minutes until I was done. ‍ Granted they did have to remove a previous full set, but that also took entirely too long. I was misquoted the price upon arrival to get me in the chair, and was given a different price upon leaving and was not happy with the color due to the fact that they had to fix previous mistakes. And that's not even everything... As a business woman myself, I understand you can't control every single aspect of your business, but there are just some things you just don't do like... 1. Put an employee out on the floor knowing they aren't fully trained. 2. Then make excuses for this employees mistakes as if the customer asked for it. 3. Consistently try to persuade a customer to try another service after they declined it several times.
