We tried for about 8 months, came back and he referred us to another place. Then we stopped trying and I went back onto birth control by Dr. Fish and asked for it to be continuous. He said that was fine, but since then I've had issues getting refills from his office. Everytime I've gone back, he's given me the same stuff but he puts it in as use the generic at the pharmacy after several times asking him to notate the brand name since I have so many issues with bleeding on different brands. It's the same with Sandra Dunn and when I'm not due for a pap, they still make me come in to get checked just for a refill when they don't need to. When I first contacted them I was given the name of a male therapist and at first said NO. I am glad that I changed my mind and went with Dr. Kukoleck. He has helped me more than the couple before him. As for the veteran, there are procedures that must be followed and dishing the company because you didn't get what you wanted is WRONG. After calling the insurance company to find out what wasn't covered, I found out that the insurance company hadn't paid for several months, claiming that they didn't receive any claims for those months. The office reversed the withdrawl and was willing to apologize for not informing us of the communication (or lack of) between them and the insurance company. Dr. Barnett and his staff are wonderful and we have loved our treatment there. It was unfortunate to have this unexpected hassle today, but it was resolved to our satisfaction.
