People Ready should change their name to Don't give a damn about people nor if their ready or not. Kathy is rude and doesn't know anything about assistin clients with the application process. People Ready in Palmdale blocked me from applying for work through their website. Then I was told that they don't offer the paperwork to apply for a job in the office and that I would have to do everything online. After repeatedly trying to explain to her that I was some how blocked online and that I was only being allowed to sign in on my iPhone, but I'm not able to see any of the documents to fill out so I can move forward. she said "Well I don't know what else to tell you." Very rude staff I came in for the second part of process not knowing or have any confirmation About my time of arrival, the two Latino female came at me all sideways one told me to Check back and a hour or call but I decided to just wait then the second female in the back came up while I was waiting and said that my appointment was at 8am I ask nicely when I came in could they see what time it was they say the no way they could tell me , but while I was waiting for the recruiter she goes I don't think we going to move forward with you and hire you.
