Stay away from the South Valley WorkSource location. They pretend to work and are not very helpful. The Lancaster location is way better.

The South Valley Worksource center on Sierra Highway is 10x better. These people are rude and unhelpful.

It's nice to have a physical location for unemployment insurance services where you can get help from a real person rather than the automated system or confusing EDD website. All they do is place the call for you, and it's only available from 8-12 or so, but I got more done making the trip than I did in several visits to the website. I disagree with having to give your social security number to use their computers copiers anything.... it is NOT that serious and my social is my life.... doing wayyyy to much. I guess I will never be going there again.
