(I'm VP of a women's footwear brand based in LA). After doing some research and figuring out this wasn't a scam we sent product along. This was after a lot of back and forth and lack of communication. We bit the bullet and proceeded anyway. Weeks later we asked for content, mentions or an update and heard nothing. Weeks after that and after a lot of pursuing, we receive an email that the event was cancelled and we'd be getting the product back. Here's the thing, working in marketing I know things come up and stuff happens, I get that. The whole process from start to finish was handled so unprofessionally I could not help but write this review. I don't work for a small mom and pop brand, but I respect any size business small or large trying to hustle and make a living.
