I called Dralle Chevrolet Buick (on a Friday at 4pm of all days), and got on the road to them. I let them know the situation, Manny & Anthony quickly looked at it and said that they could fix it and get us back on the road for the funeral. I appreciate how quick and willing they were to help us. This whole fiasco, took a solid 30 minutes and we were back on the road in no time!

The car was discounted that day but mileage was not. I agreed for my credit to be pulled and filled out the on line application. Of course once this was done my credit was shopped to multiple locations which was worse than using my credit union. With 1 inquiry. The car has more than a 3,000 mile variation so I chose not to buy. I could not stop the inquiries on my credit. The person I tried to work with was nice. She just did not have all the facts either. It is my opinion if you can change the price of a car you can and should update the mileage especially if it is different buy thousands of miles not hundreds.

Mechanic looks at rotors for literally 2 seconds and declares they are warped and need to be replaced. WHAT a clusterfuck. I have no idea what "greasy" was up to but they pulled some major deception in an effort not to fix my car, while getting psid for an oil change. As far as i can tell there are two employees. One cute, 17 year old girl who did the oil change, and one young male mechanic? So again, basically a bait n switch while not fixing my car...plus i ordered a rim a i didnt need elsewhere.

It was a used truck with low miles (25k), and while I initially came for a different Ram, I ended up settling on this one after some back and forth. Before agreeing to the purchase, I requested they remove the 4x4 stickers on the truck -- they did, but when I picked it up days later, there was still visible sticker residue even after they claimed it had been ceramic coated. Part of the deal was that I would receive a video proof of the ceramic coating process. I never got that video. Instead, I was given an excuse involving a family emergency from the salesperson -- and asked to take their word for it. Based on the condition of the truck, I seriously doubt it was actually done, but of course, I can't prove it. To make matters worse, I was promised a full tank of gas as part of the deal, but I drove off the lot with half a tank. That may seem small to some, but when promises add up and none are delivered, it speaks volumes about the dealership's integrity. This wasn't my first bad experience here -- I gave them a second chance, hoping they'd prove me wrong. Unfortunately, they didn't. After I use the two free oil changes I was promised (fingers crossed that wasn't another empty promise), I won't be returning. Would not recommend. Do your research and take your business somewhere that values honesty and customer satisfaction.

I've trusted our 1998 Ford Ranger, 2005 Toyota Camry, 1985 Mustang GT and 1967 Chevy Nova to Matt O'connell and have recommended his shop to others. Our 2014 Toyota Rav4 will also be taken to A1 if the need arises. You can talk to the owner and he doesn't roll his eyes at you. He listens to what you have to say then gives you his thoughts without being condescending.
