Before agreeing to the purchase, I requested they remove the 4x4 stickers on the truck -- they did, but when I picked it up days later, there was still visible sticker residue even after they claimed it had been ceramic coated. Part of the deal was that I would receive a video proof of the ceramic coating process. I never got that video. Instead, I was given an excuse involving a family emergency from the salesperson -- and asked to take their word for it. Based on the condition of the truck, I seriously doubt it was actually done, but of course, I can't prove it. To make matters worse, I was promised a full tank of gas as part of the deal, but I drove off the lot with half a tank. That may seem small to some, but when promises add up and none are delivered, it speaks volumes about the dealership's integrity. This wasn't my first bad experience here -- I gave them a second chance, hoping they'd prove me wrong. Unfortunately, they didn't. After I use the two free oil changes I was promised (fingers crossed that wasn't another empty promise), I won't be returning. Would not recommend. Do your research and take your business somewhere that values honesty and customer satisfaction.

Shortly after leaving the dealership and starting my drive home, I experienced a tire failure. When I had the vehicle inspected at Discount Tire, they discovered the tires installed on the vehicle had DOT manufacturing dates from 2002 and 2003, meaning the tires were over 20 years old at the time of sale. Discount Tire advised that tires this old are unsafe due to dry rot and recommended immediate replacement of all four tires, especially on a 4-wheel-drive vehicle like a Hummer H2. I had no choice but to replace them immediately for safety reasons. When I contacted the dealership, they initially offered to reimburse half of the tire replacement cost, but later retracted that offer. During the sales process I was also told the vehicle had a Jasper transmission, but when I asked for documentation or warranty paperwork for that transmission, none was provided. Shortly after purchase I also encountered additional issues including: Check engine light Service 4WD warning Battery cable issue I have since filed complaints with the Illinois Attorney General, the Federal Trade Commission, and the Illinois Secretary of State Police so the situation can be reviewed. I strongly encourage anyone considering purchasing a used vehicle here to inspect the vehicle carefully and verify all documentation before purchasing.

I called Dralle Chevrolet Buick (on a Friday at 4pm of all days), and got on the road to them. I let them know the situation, Manny & Anthony quickly looked at it and said that they could fix it and get us back on the road for the funeral. I appreciate how quick and willing they were to help us. This whole fiasco, took a solid 30 minutes and we were back on the road in no time!

The car was discounted that day but mileage was not. I agreed for my credit to be pulled and filled out the on line application. Of course once this was done my credit was shopped to multiple locations which was worse than using my credit union. With 1 inquiry. The car has more than a 3,000 mile variation so I chose not to buy. I could not stop the inquiries on my credit. The person I tried to work with was nice. She just did not have all the facts either. It is my opinion if you can change the price of a car you can and should update the mileage especially if it is different buy thousands of miles not hundreds.

Then after a third phone call near closing time they said i had a bent rim....and would after to order one and replace after the weekend on Monday. So i picked the car up and nothing was fixed and i was charged 91 dollars for an oil change....which was not why i was there...and balancing the tires and or an alignment.. I was to be called on Monday to come back and have my "bent" rim replaced. Wednesday....i called them and was told some strange story that the guy wasnt around and should not have offered to replace my rim since it wasnt what they do...? So i order a rim on pep boys website and bring car in the next day... Guess what??? The fuckin rim is perfectly fine! Mechanic looks at rotors for literally 2 seconds and declares they are warped and need to be replaced. WHAT a clusterfuck. I have no idea what "greasy" was up to but they pulled some major deception in an effort not to fix my car, while getting psid for an oil change. As far as i can tell there are two employees. One cute, 17 year old girl who did the oil change, and one young male mechanic? So again, basically a bait n switch while not fixing my car...plus i ordered a rim a i didnt need elsewhere.

He had installed the Flowmaster cat back system in an hour. I would recommend Mike's work to anyone who needs work done on their vehicle. Friday the 17th of July new update, I had set aside the morning to have Mike install new knock sensors, new knock sensor wiring harness and also a new set of manifold gaskets. Mike, after finishing the work on the engine hooked up a OB2 computer diagnostic testing system and cleared codes. The light is off on the dash and I couldn't be happier.
