Sadly I was hoping to purchase a car. I was comparing a 2023 used to another dealers 2024 used car. I live up north in the Gurnee area and when I called to clarify things I was not given accurate information. The car was discounted that day but mileage was not. I agreed for my credit to be pulled and filled out the on line application. Of course once this was done my credit was shopped to multiple locations which was worse than using my credit union. With 1 inquiry. The car has more than a 3,000 mile variation so I chose not to buy. I could not stop the inquiries on my credit. The person I tried to work with was nice. She just did not have all the facts either. It is my opinion if you can change the price of a car you can and should update the mileage especially if it is different buy thousands of miles not hundreds. read more

I towed my vehicle to the dealership after if broke down. they advised me it needed a timing chain replaced. they had the car for almost a month and I picked it up paid them almost $2800 dollars got less then 5 miles from the dealer and the check engine light came on. called and told them and they ask to bring back next day they replaced a sensor they claim was bad. then a day later light came on again. took to a different dealer and was advised of a technical bulletin that a gasket was installed wrong. they picked up the car said would take care of. called and told me they did it when repairs where done. it clearly stat that you have to take it apart to insure it was installed correctly. they never took apart and want me to pay them to take apart and see if they did work correctly. I would never recommend them for service or to buy from they are very underhanded and shady. be warned they will bait and switch you. read more

Worst buying experience ever. Talked with internet rep 1.5 weeks. The items that were to be fixed before I travelled 2.5 hours to see the truck were not done. In person Sales guy was no help. Wouldn't go back to negotiate a second time. Didn't seem to care about the sale or trade. I didn't understand why it was taking so long for the paperwork. Maybe it was them smearing the quick wax and buff job in which they destroyed the emblem on the back door. The manager says what can we do. Well nobody wanted to tell me how much to do the repairs that were to be done before I got there. I told him I was too mad at the moment to have an answer. I would have thought he would have offered to fix the problems at least or share the expense -- NOPE! I followed up after I had quotes, and nobody cared. The Worst experience of my life! Horrible dealership to do business with. I called and dealt with a car sales man named Omar and told him a wanted a dually on his lot. We're waiting to get approved for 2 days and mind you I have 800+ credit score somebody walks in and is approved in one hour. I'm baffled at why they would do that to me. I offered to leave a deposit and I told them I had as much as they needed for a down payment and they still pulled the rug from under me. Very saddened that I was treated this way. The repairs are also repairs that have been repaired continuously and fail to remain working. Because of this myself, my husband, and our two kids are stranded out of state because we broke down on the last few days of our vacation. We have been stranded for almost a week now. The DRALLE dealership in peotone has done nothing to assist us. If I can keep at least one person from buying a car from them and to keep someone else from going through the same experience and financial strain then I will. a year ago The only reason this is even getting one star is because Brian was fantastic. Easily by far the worst auto service experience I have ever had. Very rude and hard to get ahold of. A person named Dan who I can only assume was the service manager was horrible enough that I personally will never go back. He had terrible customer service essentially called me a liar when I said how long my car was there. My car was there a total of 12 days! Never once was I apologized to, the offered a 100$ discount on labor, but also now my cruise control doesn't work so I essentially got nothing out of the deal. Please do yourself a favor if you can avoid the service department there please do so. They told me multiple times that they would call me back and never did it was a shockingly embarrassing experience. Upon further research the 100$ savings on hours is a drop in the bucket in the grand scheme of things. Fixing the cruise control that was taken out of commission at the Dralle Chevy dealership will cost well over 100$. I bought my new Chevy Equinox from this dealer along with an extended warranty. I am nearing the end of my warranty so I brought it in for a repair under warranty. When they found out this was a warranty repair, the length of time for the repair sure went up (to several hours) and they added in charges without telling me before hand. When I questioned the charges their sales person actually smirked at me as though ripping customers off was funny to him. Learn from my experience and avoid this dealer. I got a letter in the mail around the November 15th 2022 telling me that my Chevrolet equinox had a recall for the front window blades. The letter suggested that I reach out to my local Chevrolet dealership and have them fix the blades for no charge. I reach out to Dralle Chevrolet and Buick Incorporated located on 103 North Harlem peotone Illinois 60468 phone number 708-258-3902 as today we're closer to me.I tell them what I need they tell me come on in I'm making an appointment for November the 28th they already told me ahead of time the procedures may take 2 hours and I asked him if I can wait they say okay. I arrived November 28th at 8:00 and so I had to be at work at 11:00 am. Direct me to the waiting area and as I'm waiting I'm thinking to myself if it's just front windshield wiper blades why is it going to take 2 hours ? I rationalize I say to myself maybe because it's electronic so the 2 hours come and go. A woman come out and they greeted me they tell me that they've changed the windshield wiper blades blades but they also took a step further and decided to do an inspection of my car I informed him I didn't authorize that they said it's just a service that they provided they tell me once they completed their inspection that I needed service done on my car that valued $2,261.12. I told them that was impossible I had just gotten my exhaust fixed and there was nothing else needed to be done to my car I just left my dealership who fixed the exhaust. I tell them they won't be necessary I didn't ask you to do that. I just got this car fixed so I left the dealership with just the information and the reason why I'm voicing this complaint is because I feel like I was falsely drawed in by the the recall for windshield wiper blades. once they got me there what took so long is that they inspected my car without my authorization. Turns out the blades that they replaced are very flimsy and not as effective as I would like. read more

SUPER UPSET! Andy was my salesman. I test drove a car five minutes before close. I was completely interested in buying the Hyundai Genesis. I asked about coming back the next day and putting down a deposit. He said yes, but the deposit would be $500.00 and the car is on hold up to five business days. I told him I would for sure be back tomorrow if I could put a $50.00 hold until tomorrow afternoon and he said "hold on let me ask my manager". He came back and said I'll tell you what... We'll call off the deposit, just call right when we open at 9. So I called him exactly at 9 this morning and he told me it SOLD! Probably the reason why he wouldn't take my $50.00. I called back and asked what time the dealership opened and they said 8:30. I've never took the time to write a review like this before but I have never felt so lied to. We bought our car from them Buick Regal have had no trouble so now when we bring it in for an oil change we make an appt. because they tell us their having trouble with their internet. Usually they just take the car in when you get there and they do the oil change as 1 come 1 serve. So that was on 12/15 the appt. was on 12/19 at 8am was given another excuse and had to come and then they called at 2:00 to bring the car in for oil pan gazette cause they saw it when they finally changed the oil. They have had it over night cause they say that they have no air to use their air tools ( what happened to doing things manually) and crawling under the car and using manual wrenches. Anyhow it's 2:30 on the 20th and they still don't have a oil pan gazette fixed. Something wrong here. To many excuses. And they also say they that the reason they don't have air is cause of a electric strike. I live one block from them and no elect strike here? read more

I bought my GMC Sierra from them, out of state and sight unseen. I asked for ever detail or issue since I wasn't local. Everything was going good and I got emails and pictures showing only a couple of the defects. There were many more once the truck arrived. The listing also stated accident free, but upon arrival, you could clearly tell the front end had been hit enough to jam the bumper. The thing that started my dislike with this dealer is that they had my banks check already cleared and just sat on the money. Claiming they were waiting to be notified from their bank. If you want to give great customer service, then a simple phone call to the bank to check on the status would have shortened the wait time a week or so. Then they shipped my vehicle with an additional 400 miles on the odometer than what was listed on the signed paperwork. Even shipped it completely out of gas. Even the shippers said they didn't think I would make it to the gas station. Below empty and light was on. I've bought about 4 vehicles out of state, and never had one issue and always had honest answers about anything I asked. This transaction with Dralle has discouraged me from doing that any more. I highly suggest anyone thinking about shopping at Dralle, do NOT do it. I send an email stating my dissatisfaction, and have yet to hear anything. Talking with management also gets you no where with these people. Spend your hard earned money at another dealership. I called Dralle about a gas smell they said bring it in asap I brought my saturn because there was a recall on it. they looked around and smelled the gas. They then offered me aride home which I told them I would return with my car when I returned with my car they looked at it at the oil area I guess they couldn't find it so then theydrove it into where they work on the cars put on the lift and found that it wasnt what was recalled they said it was the gas lines.. and wanted to charge me approximately $275 to change rhe line I told them I couldn't afford it at this time , he then proceeded to tell me it would cost $60 for looking at my car I then told him again that I couldn't afford that he said he would take a little off . I was still in shock and paid $55 on my charge card.. WHAT HAPPEND TO FREE ESTIMATES.. OR TELLING A PERSON THAT THERE WAS A CHARGE FOR ESTIMATES.. I WAS NOT TOLD THAT... Where do I begin?? The service at Dralle is quite subpar. For starters, when I walked into the dealership, I was greeted shortly after. When I asked for a specific individual, I was told he was in a meeting. Bullcrap! It was 9 am! When I was greeted by him, his eyes were dialated and bloodshot like he'd been out all night. I kept being asked to repeat what my must haves were in a vehicle. For what reason, I'm not sure. Maybe his attention span is off. It just wasn't registering with him. To make a long story short, late that afternoon, I recieved a text from said "professional" regarding my "hot mom with glasses" look. I was floored to say the least.
