Save your time and money. I visited this restaurant with a group of four. Although we were seated fairly quickly upon arrival, the service declined significantly after that. We waited approximately five minutes before a server took our drink order and another five minutes before receiving our drinks. It then took roughly 20 additional minutes for our food order to be taken. Unfortunately, the delays continued. After waiting about an hour for our meals, we observed our food being delivered to the wrong table. The staff then retrieved the food and later brought it to us from a different kitchen entrance, which raised concerns about whether the food had been handled properly. When the meals finally arrived, everyone in our party was served except me. My meal arrived about five minutes later, which normally would not have been an issue if it had been freshly prepared. However, my food was completely cold. The plate, rice, and enchiladas were all cold to the touch. In fact, my father's partially eaten enchiladas were warmer than the meal I received. To make matters worse, after finishing our meal, we waited an extended period for our check. We eventually had to ask an employee how to pay, only to be told that payment was handled at the front desk. This information was never communicated to us beforehand. It was also surprising that orders were being recorded in a notebook rather than through a more organized system. Overall, the service was extremely slow, communication was poor, and the quality of the food did not justify the lengthy wait. By far the worst dining experience I've ever had. We were seated fairly quickly, but everything went downhill from there. It took an unusually long time for someone to take our drink order, and then we waited even longer for our drinks to arrive. After sitting for nearly 30 minutes, someone finally came to take our food order. Almost an hour after being seated, we noticed a table that had arrived well after us being served their food. A few moments later, we watched our waitress rush over, remove the plates from that table, and run them back to the kitchen. Less than a minute later, she brought food to our table and began serving only part of our order. Based on what we witnessed, it appeared that the food may have originally been delivered to the wrong table. To make matters worse, only half of our party received their meals. The rest of us waited another 10-15 minutes before the remaining food arrived. By that point, some of our group had nearly finished eating while others were just receiving their meals. The service was disorganized, the wait times were excessive, and the food was mediocre at best. Overall, it was an extremely disappointing experience, and unfortunately, we will not be returning. read more

Poor service. Took about 10 minutes to seat us another 10 to get a waitress to take our drink order and bring us chips and salsa. Need a say they were empty. Food was disgusting to say the least. My husbands steak quesadilla tasted sour. My shrimp was tough and so spicy I couldn't eat it. And my daughter's pizza was freezer burnt. Waste of money and our time. read more

they were great the seviers were great i loved it and my family has eaten here several times and has always enjoyed it. They have really good salsa, margaritas, and micheladas. I've had the red and the green mole, and they are both very flavorful. My family loves the refried beans here as well. My first full Yelp review because I must protect potential customers. This place is an abomination. It brings shame to Mexico and its culture. I am 100% certain that a group of Swedes could cook food that more authentically represents Tex-Mex than the cooks here. The best thing here was the salsa. The guac was pretty good. I had to slather both all over my beef enchiladas to salvage them. They couldn't even be bothered to throw a Great Value taco seasoning packet in the ground beef. I mean, it wasn't just bad- it was stunningly bad Mexican food. It makes the place a block over look like it deserves a Michelen star. Avoid this place at all costs. You will get a better meal from the Taco Bell in Many. As a side note, there are prayer cards and a large prayer placard on the way out. I have a prayer for them- Jesus be a spice rack! read more

Service was ok and the chips & salsa were really good...but, Rubbery fajita steak that tasted like it had soy sauce in it, enchiladas were soaking wet and possibly microwaved, beans and rice were bland. Why didn't we just wait at El Patio...lesson learned. read more

There's a first time for everything. What I told the waitress that was the driest fajitas of ever had in my life she said "well you live and you learn". I was so astonished I just stared at her. Then she said we've got plenty of other things on the menu that you can order. I said I was ready for the check. I can no longer come to this place, it's much dirtier. waitresses were walking by and stepping on french fries spilled from the previous customers. The fajitas came with onions, guacamole, and tomatoes, but no cheese and no sour cream. read more

The margaritas are good (but expensive), the chips are excellent, and the salsa is served warm and is virtually tasteless. My husband ordered the papa nachos, and they were not terrible, but the gravy on them is weird and very salty (and again, expensive for the amount of food that is served). I wish I could give this place 0 stars. I'm not from here so I stopped here to eat and the service sucked. The food was absolutely trashhh and our server didn't even know what she was handing us when she took our order... Safe to say that I will never be returning here again. First time I came here the service was horrible, but considering I don't have a lot of options around here we came back. The food is surprisingly pretty good depending on what you get. The salsa is super fresh and authentic. I ordered the chicken flautas and it was up to standard.
